According to the "Global Times" report on March 28, Ukrainian President Zelensky recently signed a presidential decree, saying that in order to promote the development of relations between China and Ukraine, a visa-free system will be implemented for Chinese tourists for tourism purposes from April 1 to September 30, 2021, to provide convenience for Chinese tourists to travel to Ukraine.
It can be seen from Zelensky’s presidential decree that this is Ukraine’s goodwill towards our country. After offending our country by taking over Motorsich Company , now it is about to make a sharp turn in its attitude.
Not long ago, Ukraine severely slaughtered Chinese companies. On March 11, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexei Danilov publicly stated at a press conference that in view of the "strategic importance of Motorsich Aerospace Company to Ukraine's national security", Ukraine will return the company to the Ukrainian people and will take it back and make it state-owned through legal and constitutional means in the near future.
This decision by Ukraine is undoubtedly a breach of trust and has caused huge losses to relevant enterprises in our country. You must know that in order to acquire Motor Sich, China's Beijing Tianjiao Aviation Industry Investment Co., Ltd. has spent hundreds of millions of dollars, holding more than 75% of the company's shares. It has also provided Ukraine with a long-term low-interest loan of US$250 million in the form of shareholder loans, without requiring Motor Sich to provide any guarantee. The loan risks are borne by our shareholders. But now, Ukraine has gone back on its word, causing the investment of relevant Chinese companies to go to waste.
Why did Ukraine offend my country over the Motor Sich company? This matter is inseparable from the pressure or deception of the United States.
In early March, at the instigation of the United States-led NATO group, fighting resumed in eastern Ukraine. In the Lugantsk and Donetsk areas, fierce exchanges of fire broke out between the Ukrainian army and local armed organizations. Both sides used heavy firepower in the battle.
The United States first expressed support for Ukraine. A spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Defense publicly stated in front of the media that the U.S. will provide $125 million in assistance to Ukraine to help Ukraine recover its eastern region. At the same time, the United States ordered the USS Eisenhower aircraft carrier battle group to sail into the Mediterranean to conduct military activities, pretending to support Ukraine's operations.
But when the situation was tense and the flames were boiling, the United States showed another face. Until now, U.S. financial support has not been in place. It is just an empty promise, and the U.S. aircraft carrier battle group is just going through the motions. What makes Zelensky most angry is that the leaders of the United States and Ukraine now don’t even have a chance to talk.
A few days ago, the Biden administration announced through the US media that it would not talk to Zelensky until he solves the corruption problem in Ukraine. It is obvious that the cunning Biden only regards Ukraine as a pawn, and has lightly rejected all previous support commitments to Ukraine using only "corruption" as an excuse.
The current Ukraine is undoubtedly extremely embarrassing. After being instigated by the United States and its NATO allies to provoke conflicts in eastern Ukraine, it was abandoned like used toilet paper. In the process, it was also threatened by the United States and offended China regarding the Motor Sich Company. Now that I have figured it out, I have turned my head and extended an olive branch to China.
This current situation in Ukraine is undoubtedly a warning: if a country does not have independent national status and easily listens to the deception of the United States and Western countries, in the end it will only suffer misfortune. In the end, it will only end up spinning around in circles begging for mercy from other big countries.
