Before 9 o'clock in the morning, there is already a line of seven kilometers long, with nearly 60,000 people queuing to receive the Money Mothers. People sleep on the ground along the roadside, or they just lower their heads and scroll through their mobile phones. After waiting in line all night, they are finally waiting. But he, an 81-year-old man, has been waiting for four days and is the first in line to receive the Money Mothers.
