Peng Tao said that compared with the first batch of punishment lists, the second batch of punishment lists targets not only the DPP, but also dark green parties such as Times Force. Not all of the names on the list are senior officials in the DPP. There are also "Taiwan independence" elements like Wang Dingyu who have a small role but are arrogant and have a very bad influence.
Peng Tao believes that the third difference is the "new addition of specific positions." He said that sanctions would be imposed on the CEO of the "Taiwan Democracy Foundation" where You Xikun is the chairman, and the secretary-general of the " International Cooperation and Development Foundation " where Wu Zhaoxie is the chairman, and they are prohibited from entering the mainland and the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions.
