After preliminary investigation and confirmation that the reported information was true, they quickly established the "10·23 Joint Investigation Team for the Production and Sales of Counterfeit and Substandard Products" to launch a peripheral investigation.

After further investigation, it was found that from 2014 to the present, Zhu and others purchased packaging materials and anti-counterfeiting labels for famous wines such as Moutai, Wuliangye and Guojiao 1573 in Zhejiang and other places, and purchased Wuliangchun, Mianzhu Daqu, Luzhou Laojiao Touqu, Moutai Prince Liquor, etc. as base wines in Chengdu, Anyue and other places.
After preparing the materials, Zhu repackaged Wuliang Chun into Wuliangye or Wuliangchun, Mianzhu Daqu into Shede Liquor or Jiannanchun, Luzhou Laojiao Touqu into Guojiao 1573, and Moutai Prince Liquor or Moutai Yingbin Liquor into Feitian Moutai in the rented private house. Later, he used motorcycles, tricycles and other means of transportation to transport the counterfeit famous wine, and sold the counterfeit famous wine to Anyue and other places through 6 people, including Wu, Tang, and Hu, with the amount involved in the case exceeding 10 million yuan.
The act of filling low-end liquor into high-end liquor for sale, Zhu and other nine people constituted an infringement of the exclusive rights of registered trademarks, violated the relevant provisions of the "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China", and have been suspected of criminal offenses. At present, the case has been submitted to the local procuratorate for review and public prosecution is about to be launched.
