The deputy prosecutor of Gao Hongan is named Cai Liqing. He was a prosecutor of the Taipei Shilin District Prosecutor's Office and a prosecutor of the " High Prosecutor's Office". During her tenure as a grassroots prosecutor, she handled a gambling case involving Chen Rui, the son of artist Chen Karen, who was involved in a campus gang, and a case of cement worker Hu Qiyang breaking off his palm for insurance fraud, etc. She was also awarded the bronze sculpture trophy of "Deep Observation" for her meritorious service in investigating a phone fraud group.
Yesterday, Cai Liqing revealed that she was surprised when she was consulted by Gao Hongan, but Gao said that she would rely on her talents in the rule of law and experience in the public service system. This is the area in which she is good at, so the goal she set for herself is to "clean government, promote profits, and serve the people."

"Lianhe Zaobao" published an article on the 17th titled "Taiwan's Post-Election Swordsmanship", saying that from the perspective of "power transformation", Gao Hongan defeated the Democratic Progressive Party, and the People's Party won the power to govern Hsinchu City, a semiconductor technology center, for the first time. Before the election, he promised to "turn over the carpet" to thoroughly investigate corruption suspicions that have inflated the budgets of many major projects, including the Hsinchu Baseball Stadium that caused star injuries, putting the Democratic Progressive Party under threat. According to public opinion, by defeating Gao Hong'an, the DPP aims to target the political energy of its potential rival, People's Party Chairman Ke Wenzhe, and also to contain her former boss, Terry Gou, who is deeply popular for donating vaccines.
Former Taipei City Councilor Luo Zhiqiang of the Kuomintang praised Gao Hongan for her courage and said that the people have had enough of the DPP's "arrogant bullying, abuse of power and corruption" and expect her to eliminate evil and bring order to chaos.
