"The Power of Care" co-organized by First Financial , Zhongzhi Shanghai, Zhongzhi Caring Tong - the 2017 First Financial Elite Program Award Ceremony was perfectly concluded at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Pudong, Shanghai on December 8. Wangpin Group won the "αi high-quality workplace growth win-win award" for the second consecutive year. The selection of high-quality workplaces is based on the four dimensions of "value creation, win-win growth, sharing of privileges, and review of quality". Based on the two perspectives of organization and employees, the company's "high-quality workplace index" is defined through three parts: enterprise self-evaluation, employee voice research, and enterprise cases. Through the research and analysis report of the Zhongzhi Information Research Center, it was found that the professionalism, retention and satisfaction of Wangpin Group's colleagues were all at a high level.
This year's awards ceremony forum has an interesting theme: "When AI meets αi - the power of care in the era of artificial intelligence." I remember that at the launch ceremony of this year's Elite Plan, Zhou Jiangong, CEO of First Financial, once said that everyone likes to talk about robots, artificial intelligence now, but human factors are equally important. No matter how technology develops in the future, people are always the main body of a company and the basis for the existence of this company. Everything ultimately depends on people, so care for people is indispensable. What is the biggest difference between humans and robots? People have attitudes and warmth.
Wangpin Group CEO Li Senbin accepted the award presentation (second from left)
. During the speech session of this award ceremony, Zhou Jiangong quoted his conversation with Li Senbin, CEO of Wangpin Group CEO:
Zhou Jiangong: "Mr. Li, is it good for robots to make steak?"
Li Senbin: "It's not good. Good is because of the improvement of efficiency; it's not good because the steak made without love will taste different."
Zhou Jiangong: "Indeed, artificial intelligence cannot replace the temperature of people. Therefore, if you want to eat steak in the future, you have to go to Wangpin, because it must be made by humans, and steak with love and warmth."
Although everyone present understands that this is what Mr. Zhou uses to interact with everyone, he does say the biggest essential difference between humans and artificial intelligence.
After the meeting, when asked about Li Senbin's comments on participating in this event, he said: "Technology is developing and the times are progressing. We must keep pace with the times, but what we will never forget is our original intention and make food with love and warmth. We will never forget our [Wang Pinren, Family] culture, so that our colleagues can grow and develop together with our company."
