Hainan Refining and Chemical 1 million tons/year ethylene and oil refining renovation and expansion project is one of the key projects of the national petrochemical industry planning, and it is also a key project of Hainan Province and Sinopec, with a total investment of more than 28 billion yuan. After the project is completed and put into production, it is expected to directly drive downstream industries of more than 100 billion yuan, becoming a new engine for Hainan's future development. The
ethylene device started from civil engineering on January 10, 2021 to China Communications Construction. It is a high-standard China Communications Construction after the first pre-test operation in Sinopec system, which lasted 22 months. It is reported that the ethylene device is scheduled to be put into production on December 25.

Henan Luoyang Luoyang Petrochemical Million Ton Ethylene Project
This ethylene project is located in the Petrochemical Park of Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Mengjin District, Luoyang City, with a planned area of about 280.92 hectares. 13 sets of process devices, including 1 million tons/year steam cracking device, including 1 million tons/year steam cracking device and subsequent high-performance metallocene polyethylene m-LLDPE, full-density polyethylene , high-performance multi-maximal high-density polyethylene, high-performance copolymer polypropylene , high-impact polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer EVA, ethylene oxide, acrylonitrile , propylene nitrile-butadiene-styrene ABS, hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer SEBS and other devices and supporting public projects. The total investment of the project is 26.02 billion yuan, and it is planned to be completed and put into production in 2025. After completion and operation, the annual operating income is expected to be 20 billion yuan and tax revenue is 1.8 billion yuan.
Latest progress: On October 19, the feasibility study report of the ethylene project was comprehensively evaluated and demonstrated .

Fujian Zhangzhou Gulei Refining and Chemical Integration Phase II 1.5 million tons/year ethylene
Fujian Gulei Refining and Chemical Integration Phase II project includes 16 million tons/year oil refining, 1.5 million tons/year ethylene, 3.2 million tons/year aromatic hydrocarbon joint device, 600,000 tons/year caprolactam and supporting refining and chemical integration downstream production equipment and public engineering systems and auxiliary facilities, supporting docks and dock reservoir areas, etc.
Gulei Refining and Chemical Integration Project is the largest joint venture cooperation project between mainland China and Taiwan. It is implemented by Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Co., Ltd. , which is jointly established by Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Co., Ltd. , and Xuteng Investment Co., Ltd., each accounting for 50% of shares . The first phase of the Gulei Refining and Chemical Integration Project was officially started on December 26, 2017. It will be completed and put into production on August 20, 2021.

Guangdong Zhanjiang Zhongke Refining and Chemical Phase II 1.2 million tons/year ethylene
Sinopec's Zhongke Refining and Chemical Integration Project is located in the Donghaidao Petrochemical Industrial Park, with a total planned area of 37 square kilometers. The first phase project has a refining capacity of 10 million tons/year and an ethylene production capacity of 800,000 tons/year. The second phase of the project includes 15 million tons/year oil refining, 1.2 million tons/year ethylene projects, including 700,000 tons/year polypropylene and 450,000 tons/year polyethylene.
Zhongke Refining and Chemical's domestic production rate exceeds 95%, and the advanced refining and chemical production equipment technology independently developed in China has been widely used in the project. This project is of great significance to Sinopec to accelerate the construction of the Maozhan base, use incremental growth to drive stocks, and promote the optimization and adjustment of refining structure.

Tianjin Nangang
Tianjin Petrochemical Nangang 1.2 million tons/year ethylene and downstream high-end new materials industry cluster project is a major project to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei national strategy, and was officially launched in May 2021.
project cluster consists of 11 projects, including Tianjin Nangang ethylene and downstream high-end new materials industry cluster, Beijing Chemical Research Institute pilot base, Great Wall Lubricant , Catalyst production base, LNG expansion, Stone Academy of Sciences Science Experimental Base, Academy of Engineering Achievement Transformation Center, Photovoltaic New Energy, Petrochemical E-Trade Platform and other key projects.
As the leader of the project cluster, Nangang ethylene project takes 1.2 million tons/year ethylene equipment as the leader, aiming at the world's leading position, filling domestic gaps, and replacing imports. The industrial chain extends the construction of 12 sets of high-end new material devices such as ultra-high molecular weight, α-olefin , ALL-PE, ABS, POE, HDPE, etc. It is understood that Nangang ethylene is expected to be completed in 2023, and the project cluster is expected to be completed in 2025.
latest progress: On December 7, 2022, Inex signed a new cooperation agreement with Sinopec. Inex will acquire 50% equity in Sinopec Tianjin Nangang Ethylene Project . The project currently has a 1.2 million tons of ethylene cracking device under construction and a downstream high-end new material derivative product device, which is expected to be put into production by the end of 2023.

Xinjiang Kuche Tahe Refining and Chemical 1 million tons ethylene project
The main device construction site is located in Kuche Economic and Technological Development Zone, Kuche County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, 8 kilometers east of the Tahe Refining and Chemical Plant.

Zhenhai Refining and Chemical form 38 million tons of oil refining and 2.2 million tons of ethylene
Zhenhai Refining is one of the largest petrochemical bases in my country. According to Sinopec's overall plan, the expansion of 15 million tons/year refining and 1.2 million tons/year ethylene project has been launched. The total investment of the project is 50 billion yuan. After completion, Zhenhai Refining and Chemical will form an annual refining capacity of 38 million tons/year and 2.2 million tons/year ethylene, becoming the top five refining and chemical production bases in the world.

Nanjing Yangzi Petrochemical Light hydrocarbon comprehensive utilization and new material transformation project
Nanjing Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Light hydrocarbon comprehensive utilization and new material transformation project will build a 1 million tons/year steam cracking ethylene production device, a 350,000 tons/year HDPE device, a 300,000 tons/year LLDPE device, a 400,000 tons/year PP device, etc. The project is planned to start construction before March 30, 2022, and the third phase of the project will be completed and put into production in December 2027.
