Croatia will compete with Brazil in the quarter-finals at 23:00 Beijing time on Friday. Before the game, Croatian coach Dalic talked about his opponent Brazil at the press conference and said that the Samba Army may be the best team in this World Cup, but they will not surrender.
Dalić said: "This game is different from every game we played before. It's a team that loves to lead the game and advocates offense. Let's be realistic, Brazil is by far the best team. They have great lineup depth. They are a great team, they are so powerful that they are scary, which is a huge test for us. They have many commendable advantages. They have fast players and we have to be prepared for it."
"Even so, we don't want to do so." Fear of them, we have confidence in ourselves, after playing the previous game, we have confidence in ourselves. We want to take advantage of this, we are against Brazil in the World Cup, nothing is better than this. Of course, we would rather meet them in the final than the quarterfinals, but anyway, we will go all out and we won't put down our weapons and surrender before the game. We will do our best to prove that we are capable of competing with Brazil in the game."
