Yesterday I shared with you how to apply for under the current situation. Today I will talk about the entire process of entry.
For incoming personnel, the "7-day centralized quarantine + 3-day home health monitoring" will be adjusted to "5-day centralized quarantine + 3-day home quarantine" . During this period, codes are assigned to management and are not allowed to go out.

We just happened to catch up with this adjustment. This is the process of returning to China.
Step 1
Check-off preparation
First, we need to test nucleic acids and apply for an international health code.
You can make an appointment with the local nucleic acid testing agency online before going to go. The price is much more expensive than in China, and it takes several hours to get the nucleic acid certificate.
and then apply for an international health code. Search for "International Version of Epidemic Prevention Health Code" in WeChat . It will be reviewed and approved in about 3 hours and get the green code. This green code is very important. When checking in before boarding the plane, airline knows that you are going to China and will ask you to show this green code and your vaccine report.
Finally, within 24 hours of entering China (before getting off the plane), you need to apply for "black code" . Apply in the WeChat mini program "Customs Passenger Fingertip Service". The validity time of the code is only 24 hours, so it is useless to apply too early.

Entry procedures
This nucleic acid is a nose-punching, very strict , and it is very deep. The cotton swab needs to stay in the nasal cavity for more than 3 seconds (the young lady who tested the nucleic acid counted 123 with her fingers), and she turned it around hard. It was so sour and I almost burst into tears.
Then you can apply for entry, then do a temperature check, and then choose the isolation method that meets your needs:
1. Complete 5+3 isolation in Shanghai, and directly switch to the green code after the end. You can take the high-speed rail, plane, and bus normally to your city, and you don’t need to be isolated in the landing city.
2. Completed 3-day quarantine + 2-day closed loop in Shanghai and returned to the city to centralized quarantine + 3-day home quarantine, but the local community requires the consent of the acceptance. Home quarantine also requires a single person and a single family, and there can only be one person in the house.
3. Completed 3 days of quarantine in Shanghai, and then closed the loop and returned to the city where you are located for another 5 days of centralized quarantine.
I chose the solution 1:5+3 all in Shanghai for isolation. Because I met a big brother who often traveled on a business trip on the plane, he said that this method is the most convenient.
A colleague of mine has the conditions for home isolation (there is a house for her to live alone), so he chose Plan 2.
There is also a colleague who does not meet the conditions for home isolation, so he chose Plan 3.
The staff will arrange us to wait for the bus according to different isolation options. After submitting our passport, we will get on the bus, fill in the information, and then send us to the hotel in a closed loop to start quarantine, a single room.
The forms that need to be filled in on the bus include "Realization Instructions", "Consented Isolation Health Observation (Resistance) Commitment Letter", "Warm reminder for room disinfection during quarantine observation", "Disination notice for observers in centralized quarantine observation places", "Isolation Health Observation Notice", "Agreement Certificate", "Commitment Letter", , etc.
From entry to check-in, we spent about 6 hours . Friends who returned to China need to be mentally prepared for this. There is no place to sell beverages and food in the terminals that arrived internationally, so everyone needs to stick to it.

The isolation point we are at can receive express delivery or receive things sent by our family, But these items cannot be food, nor can you order takeout (unless they are medicines) . All items will be delivered to the room at night after disinfection.
Then, we lived a quarantine life of waiting for meals and waiting for nucleic acid testing.
The hotel staff are already very familiar with the entire process, so the quarantine life is also very smooth.
During this period, I took a good rest and came over in a flash.
Step 4
Reisolation
It finally came to the day of the quarantine. Dabai will call his names one by one and cannot run out casually by himself.
After I was lifted from isolation according to the command, I took a taxi to the train station and returned to Nanjing. asked the community in Nanjing that I no longer need to be quarantined in this situation, and I can go out and return to work.
Another friend who needs to return home from a centralized isolation point before doing home quarantine, directly contacted the local community after the centralized isolation. He was worried that the community would feel it was too far and too troublesome, but the community is already very familiar with this process and communicated very happily about the location and time, and directly sent a car to take her home to continue to be home quarantine.
