2022 New Taipei Happy Christmas City second 3D light sculpture laser main light show debuted today. The main light show ceremony was hosted by New Taipei Mayor Hou Youyi , and grandly launched the "Imaginary Infinity" 3D light sculpture projection show, cleverly using changes in light and shadow to "reconstruct" the New Taipei City Government Building, combining colorful lasers, building aurora effects and romantic snowfall, bringing colorful and amazing moments to all the people present.
Happy Christmas City opened on November 11th, and this year it created the first aurora and snow. Combined with the gorgeous sound and light effects of 3D light sculpture projection, it amazed the people. In addition, the rich series of activities each week have attracted more than 4.5 million tourists to participate in this strongest winter event.
Hou Youyi said when hosting the ceremony of the hosting rookie, that New Taipei Happy Christmas City will continue to bring more surprises to the public. This year's event theme gathers Disney+ six super popular brand lineups, and combines Banqiao imagery and aesthetics of the Mansion to create the most indicative Christmas event in Taiwan. As domestic and foreign tourism gradually heats up, New Taipei City is also fully prepared to promote urban tourism to make more tourists at home and abroad fall in love with New Taipei, a beautiful city.
Hou Youyi mentioned that the municipal government will inspect the flow safety control measures at the main entrances and exits and active lines around the Citizen Square. Before the event, the municipal government team had conducted sufficient safety planning and drills. The crowd guidance on the same day will implement phased diversion control, and sufficient manpower will be arranged to control the on-site situation at any time.
New Taipei City Tourism Bureau pointed out that the "Imaginary Infinity" 3D light sculpture projection show brought shocking sound performances at the beginning. Through the light editing and laser effects of the technical team, the entire city building seems to be reconstructed. Geometric figures and lines with a sense of technology are staggered. The spacecraft leaps out of the city building and moves towards an unknown universe adventure, symbolizing the infinite possibilities of New Taipei City in the future.
Viewing and Tourism Bureau mentioned that the second paragraph is full of cute childlike Christmas elements. Christmas balls and Christmas gifts are constantly scrolling and changing shapes in the picture with the light music; then, the appearance of the city building instantly becomes colorful, and continues to change with the music in a laser and cartoonish style. The last two rays of light rushed to the top of the building, and the ice and snow castle rose slowly. The huge whale wandered in front of the ice and snow castle, bringing the climax to the entire light engraving performance in the dazzling fireworks! Starting today (5th), the first "Disney+ Carnival" and the new "Imaginary Infinity" will be broadcast from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm every day, and will be performed in turns at half and hour respectively.
Tourism Bureau reminds that the "Superstar Christmas Concert" will be held this Saturday and Sunday. On the first day, the "Golden Song Creator Talent" Wei Li'an and the "Strong Golden Song Combination" Power Train were the finale; on the second day, the "Hip-Hop Male God" Skinny E.SO and the "Golden Song Creator Queen" Jianya Tsai took over and renovated the Beijing, and there are many super popular singers, which are expected to flood many pilgrimage fans!
