Anhui Jinmai is a national leading agricultural industrialization enterprise and the largest corn starch processing enterprise in Anhui Province. It is located in the Xiaoxian Chengbei Circular Economy Industrial Park, a national agricultural industrialization demonstration base. It covers a total area of about 500 mu. Sun Yuzheng, 58 years old this year, is the chairman of Anhui Jinyu Corn Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. Sun Yuzheng is from Jinhuangzhuang Village, Shengquan Township, Xiao County. As a native rural person, he has deep feelings for the countryside and the land. In the 1980s, when he retired from the army and returned to his hometown, Sun Yuzheng drove a truck and ran a transportation, set up a paper mill, and dug up his first pot of gold in his life. In 2007, with a simple emotion, he began his lifelong career, devoted himself to agriculture, deepened the corn deep processing industry, increased the added value of grain, and solved the problem of difficulty in selling grain for the people.
From the extensive development at the beginning of the entrepreneurship to the ecological concept that runs through the upper and lower levels, Anhui Jinmai has achieved effective recycling along the way. Sun Yuzheng introduced that gold corn has formed an industrial structure such as corn order planting, corn starch processing, grain flow, high-strength adhesive paper production, energy linkage, and sewage treatment. "The company relies on the annual processing of 600,000 tons of corn and 100,000 tons of high-strength corrugated paper production projects to form a circular economy industrial chain through many aspects such as raw material order planting, production chain extension, energy allocation, sewage treatment, waste recycling, etc., and give full play to the group's operating advantages."

Corn is one of the three largest grain crops in the world. Because corn matures quickly, has high yield, strong cold resistance, and has great nutritional value, it has become a global food crop. Anhui Jinmai takes "doing it for farmers to see, help farmers calculate, guide farmers to do it, and stimulate farmers to earn" as the starting point. Relying on the company's existing standardized production base of 200,000 mu of corn and grain flow center, it establishes an agricultural production supporting service system. "We signed orders with farmers in surrounding townships to plant corn to solve the worries of the people, especially poor households. Xiaoxian's soil and water climate is particularly suitable for the production of corn and other grains. The continuous supply of high-quality raw materials has also solved the problem of supply of raw materials in enterprises, killing multiple birds with one stone." Sun Yuzheng said.
It is reported that the current area of the golden corn planting base reaches 50,000 mu, the order area is 97,000 mu, and the output of high-quality grain and oil has increased by 76,000 tons, driving 69,000 farmers to increase their income, and farmers’ income increased by 15.8 million yuan, the market supply of high-quality grain and oil products is 170,000 tons, and the offline sales of high-quality grain and oil products exceed 602.58 million yuan, and the economic benefits of the enterprise have been significantly improved.

Starting from the high-quality corn raw materials in Xiaoxian, based on the comprehensive utilization of waste, high-tech processes and equipment are adopted to extract corn starch, fiber powder, and corn protein powder; then the remaining waste residue and waste liquid are gradually extracted through four-effect evaporation and other processes; the remaining residues are first divided into fiber powder through enzymatic decomposition, and then efficient dairy cow feed is obtained through fermentation and treatment, which is used for the comprehensive development of the breeding industry; after the waste generated by the breeding industry, such as manure, residue, rinse substances, etc. are separated by dry and wet, dry manure is used to produce biological organic fertilizers as fertilizer for corn planting. The remaining wastewater enters the biogas tank for fermentation together with the wastewater generated by production and processing. The generated biogas enterprises can generate power for their own use, which can reduce the amount of coal. The biogas liquid is used to the surrounding fruit tree planting base, which is both energy-saving and economical and environmentally friendly; finally returns to the starting point of this circular economy - deep processing of corn.Now, driven by Anhui Jinmai, Xiaoxian Chengbei Circular Economy Industrial Park has gathered many enterprises in the upstream and downstream industrial chains to settle in.
At the same time, relying on the "China Good Grain and Oil" project, Anhui Jinma Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. also invested 22.13 million yuan (including 6.6 million yuan in provincial and above fiscal subsidies), transformed a corn slurry dry powder production line, improved the supporting waste heat transformation project, and purchased supporting inspection and testing equipment to accumulate momentum for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
