Since the announcement of the "submarine self-built" plan in 2017, the Taiwan authorities have begun to build their own "his own" submarine with the secret help of manufacturers and professionals from seven countries including the United States and the United Kingdom. But the paper cannot contain the fire after all, and the South Korean police broke the secret that the Taiwan authorities struggled to keep.
According to Global Times 6 June 7, South Korean police recently revealed that personnel from a South Korean shipbuilding company were suspected of leaking some of the latest Korean "Zhang Baogao"-class submarine technology maintained by South Korea's Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Company to Taiwan. South Korean police are in the process of wanting the legal representative of the company involved who is currently staying in Taiwan.
South Korean police launched a wanted arrest on South Korean personnel who helped the Taiwanese authorities build submarines. This action has an extraordinary meaning.
For the purpose of "resisting unification with force", submarines have always been the weapon and equipment that separatists on the island have been painstakingly pursued. Driven by the US conspiracy to "use Taiwan to control China", the Taiwan authorities ambitiously launched the so-called "submarine self-made" plan. However, since building submarines is not a shipbuilding, Taiwan does not have the technology and capabilities in this area at all. Therefore, the Taiwan authorities paid the money and the United States matched manufacturers and professionals from seven countries to participate in this "submarine self-made" project.
As we all know, almost all countries with the ability and experience of building submarines promise to recognize and abide by the one-China principle. They help Taiwan build submarines, which obviously seriously violates the promise to China. If mainland China wants to pursue it, no one of these countries can bear the anger from mainland China. In order to dispel the concerns of these countries, the United States requires them to participate in the "submarine self-made" project in the name of individuals or companies to cut off their relationship with national behavior.
In this way, even if mainland China raises solemn protests against these countries, they can also blame the "personal or corporate behavior" for helping Taiwan to build submarines, which has nothing to do with the country. Submarine technology involves state secrets. If it is not involved in the nodding of the country, how can state secrets be allowed to be leaked? How can it have nothing to do with the country involved? Obviously, the United States is hollowing out the one-China principle commitment by playing the "edge ball".
South Korean police wanted South Korean personnel on the grounds that "the company involved was suspected of leaking technology when participating in a Taiwan authorities project", which is equivalent to actively exposing South Korean personnel and companies to mainland China. There are two possible reasons for South Korea to do this: First, the personnel and companies involved did leak South Korea's secrets, and the degree of leakage has seriously endangered South Korea's national security, forcing it to take action; second, it is to take the initiative to show goodwill to mainland China and make early cuts with the companies and individuals involved, preventing the intensification of conflicts with mainland China after the incident is exposed, and avoid causing greater losses to South Korea.
Combined with the fact that the South Korean Presidential Office denied secretly helping Taiwan to build submarines in November last year, it can be seen that South Korea is worried that mainland China will take measures against South Korea, so it is the first to want the personnel and enterprises involved, which is also an explanation.
But no matter what, South Korea's shipbuilding related company and personnel help Taiwan to build submarines, and must impose sanctions on the one-China principle to achieve the goal of setting a warning to others. While sanctioning relevant personnel and enterprises on South Korea, companies and personnel from other six countries that help Taiwan make submarines should also be severely sanctioned. Otherwise, under the instigation of the United States' "sausage-cutting" eroding the one-China principle, more and more countries and enterprises will step on the red line of mainland China on the Taiwan issue.
The United States supports Taiwan's separatist forces to the point where they are almost exhausted. The mainland must remain highly vigilant about any actions involving Taiwan by the United States, crack down on all conspiracies and ambitions that attempt to split China, and completely cut off the black hand that extends to China's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
