Top 50 Science and Technology Innovation Enterprises are recommended by counties (cities, districts), and relevant departments of the municipal government and relevant experts are generated in accordance with the comprehensive evaluation and recognition system of the "Top 50 Science and Technology Innovation Innovation Enterprises". The selected enterprises are enterprises with strong technological innovation capabilities, products or services with first or leading core technologies at home and abroad, and greater development potential. After being selected, it will receive priority support from the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government and relevant departments in enhancing social honors, supporting bigger and stronger, financial fund support, land and electricity use guarantee, talent and intelligence support, brand cultivation and construction, policy protection support, project investment incentives, entrepreneur team building, and optimizing service environment.
In recent years, for the top 50 scientific and technological innovation enterprises, the Taishan District Science and Technology Bureau has formulated the "Taishan District Science and Technology Bureau's Work Plan for Cultivating Top 50 Science and Technology Innovation Enterprises" and established a "Taishan District Science and Technology Innovation Enterprise Training Leading Group". At the same time, each bureau's leading cadres guarantee one enterprise, establish a work service ledger for each "Taishan Top 50 Innovation" enterprise, comprehensively understand the current status of enterprise technological innovation and development, timely grasp the relevant situation and needs of the enterprise's talents, projects, platforms, industry-university-research cooperation and other related situations and needs, and provide precise services to tap key projects and development potential. Among them, the operating income of the three companies increased by more than 150%; the tax payment amount exceeded 50 million yuan, and 34 new high-tech enterprises were added in the region, with a total of 94, an increase of more than 32% for four consecutive years. The proportion of the output value of high-tech industries to the total output value of large-scale industries reached 50.89%, an increase of 16.17 percentage points year-on-year. 60 new national technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises were added, with the total number reaching 125, doubled from the previous year. 44 enterprises strive for 7.81 million yuan in provincial enterprise R&D and development subsidies. 10 projects were selected as Shandong Province's innovation capacity improvement project, accounting for one-fifth of the city, and received funding support of 5 million yuan.
