Taipei University review committee member has completed the plagiarism review procedure for the paper of Tsai Shiying, a representative of the DPP’s public opinion, and the results are currently to be announced by the school. Democratic Progressive Party's public opinion representative Tsai Shiying was previously voted for the mayor of the Democratic Progressive Party Keelung , and the Kuomintang questioned that there was plagiarism in the paper. The Blue Camp also held a press conference before asking Taipei University not to delay the review results. It is reported that the review committee member of Taipei University has completed the review procedure and is currently working on official documents to verify. Taipei University said that administrative work is currently underway and a press release will be issued later.

Tsai Shiying's paper has not yet been announced since it was reported on September 2. Taipei University has not yet announced the results. The Kuomintang held a press conference on the 11th of last month to call on Taipei University not to delay it, and asked it to be announced before the vote on the 26th of last month, but there has not been any results so far.
