Recently, the latest 4600 standard containers launched by Zhonggu Shipping Group , the "Zhonggu Nanning" ship with a load capacity of 87,200 tons, and the largest domestic trade container ship in China, "Zhonggu Jinan" ship (the largest domestic trade container ship in China, "Zhonggu Jinan" berths at Shandong Port Rizhao Port), and at the same time, the container terminal of Shandong Port Rizhao Port. Both sister ships arrived at the port for operation are another outstanding achievement of Rizhao Port "strong towards the sea chart", further consolidating the advantages of Rizhao Port's main hub port.
Since the beginning of this year, Shandong Port Rizhao Port Jifa Company has taken "full integration and coordinated development" as the main line, actively joined forces with port, shipping and railway enterprises and other forces to build nests to attract phoenixes and save volumes, and used boxes as media to expand the increase. On the basis of successfully opening railway container trains such as Macheng , Boxing , Caoxian , and Caoxian , and successfully opened new routes such as Rizhao to Zhanjiang, Ningbo , and Far East .
At the same time, Jifa Company took the port and shipping exchange meeting of domestic and foreign trade shipping companies and the series of negotiation meetings of "South and North to Rizhao Port" as a starting point to innovatively develop new paths such as Turkey , Eastern United States export business, and cross-border e-commerce to South Korea. It will open up the "middle obstruction" of upstream and downstream industrial chain for customers in Shanxi, Xiamen , Hebei and other places, to ensure smooth traffic, enhance chain resilience, and work together to achieve the development of container business against the trend. From January to October, the container operation volume of Rizhao Port completed increased by 12.7% year-on-year.
