According to the agreement, Weiwu Suzhou Fund and Shengde Pharmaceutical Factory will subscribe to 116,250,000 shares and 33,750,000 shares of Dongyao Pharmaceutical respectively, with a subscription price of HK$3.15 per share, totaling 150,000,000 shares, accounting for approximately 24.38% of the company's issued share capital as of the date of this announcement. The subscription price is 4.79% premium to the average closing price in the five trading days before the agreement date.
