According to the latest survey, driven by dual factors such as labor shortage and inflation , the top three industries and positions in Taiwan's annual salary this year are still focusing on high-tech industries, among which the semiconductor industry has an average annual salary of 969,000 yuan, which is the "seven consecutive dominances"; followed by 841,000 yuan in the telecommunications and communications industry, and 820,000 yuan in the computer and consumer electronics manufacturing industry. The top three high-paying positions are: the average annual salary of analog IC design engineers is 1.366 million yuan, the digital IC design engineers are 1.275 million yuan, and the IC layout engineers are 1.078 million yuan. The average annual salary of the top five high-paying positions is more than one million yuan.
"104 Human Resources College" General Manager Hua Zixin analyzed that as of now, the "104 Human Resources Bank" website still has as many as one million job opportunities, with an annual increase of 17%, indicating that companies are short of workers and difficult to find talents. In addition, 95.9% of companies expect to pay year-end bonuses this year, with an average of 1.33 months, rewriting the 9-year high.
