Later, a Shanghai pharmaceutical company sued Changping pharmacy company in the local Pudong New District Court on the case of a contract dispute and applied for property preservation. In order to accelerate the production of emergency materials for epidemic prevention and control, relevant departments of the Changping District Government sent a letter to inform the pharmaceutical company that they urgently invest in the production of medical masks. Through coordination between relevant government departments, the pharmaceutical company has introduced a full set of mask production lines to achieve production conversion. The judge explained the current epidemic situation to a Shanghai pharmaceutical company, hoping that it could consider the actual difficulties of the pharmaceutical company, apply for the lifting of property preservation, and help the pharmaceutical company to fully enter production. The agent of a Shanghai pharmaceutical company expressed his complete understanding, but he needed to discuss with the company head far away. Changping Court immediately contacted the Pudong New District Court to inform the relevant pharmaceutical companies about the relevant situations. After the Pudong New District Court verified the situation, it immediately lifted the property preservation of its bank account. In one day, the account unblocking procedures were successfully completed, and the courts in Beijing and Shanghai worked together to provide strong judicial services and guarantees for winning the battle against the epidemic.
