Since I was a child, I have been relatively thin. When I was in high school, I was 176cm tall and weighed only 100 kilograms. I am a typical ribs boy . When I was in my second year of high school, I saw a group of promotional albums of foreign muscle models on Renren. I was immediately attracted by their good figures. It turned out that this can be achieved through fitness.
At that time, I also watched the movie " Fast and Furious ". After watching it, I was excited and fantasized countless times how great it would be if I could become a muscular man.
In order to make myself stronger, I started exercising in the third year of high school—in fact, it is just a simple bare-hand exercise: do 200 sit-ups, 180 push-ups every night, and do simple single and double bar training on the school playground.
Although exercise was not scientific at that time, my day after day also made me the "muscular man" in the eyes of my classmates at that time, and it was also opposed by my family and teachers. They were worried that I would delay my studies due to exercise, but this could not stop my enthusiasm for exercise and my yearning for a good figure, so every night I still secretly insisted on exercise in the bedroom without any slackness.
In 2013, I was admitted to Changchun University , and studied business administration major. It happened that there was a gym opposite the school. Just after reporting, I packed my luggage, and I couldn't wait to take seven roommates to apply for a fitness card. So far, I also started a more systematic exercise. went to the gym for exercise 5-6 times a week.
Since I had no idea how to start when I first entered the gym, I could only search for training movements and diet plans online every day, and then slowly explore. Although I was taking detours during that period, I was immersed in the fun of lifting iron and unable to extricate myself.
Later, under the guidance of some seniors in the gym, I started relatively professional diet and training. I was also deeply attracted by the sport of "bodybuilding". After a period of time, I also participated in the gym competition. I found that I completely fell in love with fitness. Even though the roommates who had applied for the card with me gave up, I was still insisting.
The winter in the northeast is biting cold and windy. Even in the weather of more than minus 20 degrees Celsius, I will practice five times a week without any storm. and I never feel bitter because I love this sport .
The most difficult thing for people with thin muscle growth is to eat. Before fitness, I never ate breakfast, and I vomited when my stomach is not good. Later, I learned the importance of breakfast. I set the alarm clock at 6 o'clock every morning, forcing myself to swallow the food, go to bed after eating, and then eat a lot of protein, carbohydrate and high-calorie food every day. My goal for myself is to gain weight every month. Later, a senior told me that you are too fat, so you can compete with removing fat. It’s not until you finish removing fat that you know what shape you are.

The days of training were suspended due to injuries and work, and I felt very happy at first. Over time, I felt that something was missing in my life and that I had become a part of my life, just like eating and sleeping, so I will keep my fitness even if I don’t compete in the future.
Training is an attitude . If you decide to complete a training, you must have a clear goal. You must also have a serious attitude to complete every set. If you are in a bad state or have no state, you can choose to rest. If you walk into the training ground, then you can complete it with a correct attitude. Don't paddle. Aches are commonplace. Even if you have been practicing for almost ten years, there is always a part of your body that has aches most of the time. So it is recommended that you find a goal to persevere and learn to enjoy this soreness, because this pain will make you stronger.

It was on the verge of collapse and felt like I was about to faint, but I still completed the complete training with my last trace of willpower.

basic operation is to reduce fat in the early stage, and dehydration and water cuts and carbon flushing in the later stage are very important. How to show the best state in the short few minutes on the stage is the most challenging technology. If you are in a state early or late, you will lose all your efforts. But the most difficult thing is to make a diet, which requires persistence in every meal every day.
I feel that bodybuilding requires hard training as well as other sports, but bodybuilding has an extra harsh diet. Whether it is season or non-season, this needs to be done, which is also the charm of bodybuilding.
It has been a long time since I have eaten boiled chicken breasts. Fitness is not the life of an ascetic monk, because training itself is already a bit boring, so the diet can be richer. We divide the diet into season and non-season. The season is more comfortable. The calorie intake needs to be strictly controlled in the non-season, but now there will be air fryer and some zero-caliber seasonings.
Most people, as fitness enthusiasts, do not need to demand strictness in their diet of professional athletes, which instead loses the fun of fitness. This is my advice to everyone.

After all, what I have worked hard for nearly ten years has finally come to an end. I want to do the answer first.
