He went to the scene to check and found that the ditch that should have been clear was dyed bright red. He said, "It's really too terrifying, blood flows into a river." Cao Jiahao said that he looked up and found that there was a suspected company that was secretly discharged sewage, and then informed the local environmental protection bureau to go to the site for inspection.
