Chinese Kuomintang Taipei City Councilman Xu Qiaoxin posted a photo on Facebook on the evening of the 6th, revealing that the Democratic Progressive Party’s Taipei mayor candidate Chen Shizhong had a dinner with Li Yaling, deputy director of the Taipei Lianyi Songde Campus, and others, but Chen Shizhong was suspected to be slightly drunk and kept hugging Li Yaling and holding her hand, "The vernacular Chinese is the legendary 'savory hand'."
Xu Qiaoxin said that at around 6 pm on October 6, the top Cantonese restaurant "Zheyuan", the dining room was the largest VIP "Zheyuan Hall", the lowest consumption price of NT$80,000 per night. "The woman in the picture is Li Yaling, deputy director of the Songde Campus of Peking Union Medical College. She is very smart and excellent. Her husband Ding Jincong is also there, but Chen Shizhong may be in a slight state of drunkenness. She hugged her (seeing it from the picture), held her hand, and left reluctantly until her aide urged her."
In response to this, Chen Shizhong's campaign headquarters was furious and issued a press release to criticize Xu Qiaoxin for her intention to smear. Chen Shizhong was invited to attend a friend's dinner that night. The character in the photo was the vice president of Renai Hospital, Ding Jincong, and his wife, who repeatedly used paparazzi actions and fired when he saw the black shadow.
