He Zhiwei, male, born in 1972, member of the Communist Party of China, Han nationality, from Yancheng District, Luohe City, currently serves as the stationmaster of the Veterans Affairs Station and director of the Civil Affairs Office of Longcheng Town, Yancheng District.
Comrade He Zhiwei joined the army in March 1989 and served in a certain unit of the Jinan Military Region. During his service, he served as a squad leader and received many awards. He was named "Outstanding Craft" during his studies at the Army Hospital. After retiring in November 1991, he volunteered to join the grassroots level of townships to carry out work. For more than 30 years, He Zhiwei has served as deputy director of the Longcheng Town Finance and Taxation Office, director of the Family Planning Office, director of the Civil Affairs Office, and the stationmaster of the Veterans Service Station. "Where is it reflected in serving the people? Do practical things for the people." In 2016, the Longcheng Town Civil Affairs Office was rated as "Advanced Unit of Civil Affairs in Yancheng District"; in 2017 and 2018, it was rated as "Advanced Unit of Civil Affairs in Luohe City".
The minimum living security work for urban and rural residents is the top priority of civil affairs work. On June 11, 2018, the city’s minimum living security work began to be re-identified. Most of the “minimum insurance application” are those with first- and second-level disabled people, children in difficult situations, and groups with serious illnesses. The city has implemented the re-identification of minimum living allowances, with the purpose of allowing people in real difficulties to receive assistance and ensure that the policies are sunny and fair.
