The reporter learned from the Transportation Management Department of the Municipal Transportation Bureau yesterday that at present, 4,119 "two passengers and one dangerous" operating vehicles in the city have installed this kind of prevention and control system.

"Two passengers and one dangerous" vehicles refer to chartered vehicles, shuttle buses and special vehicles for transportation of hazardous chemicals engaged in tourism. As long as the monitored vehicle is started, the system can be connected to the Internet for real-time warning no matter where the vehicle is. "Didi", "Do not drive tiredly", "Do not call", "Do not smoke"... On a hazardous chemical transport vehicle located in Binhu District, the driver made a few random moves and was "seen" by the camera of the prevention and control system. Gong Jian, head of the Transportation Management Section of the Binhu District Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade, told reporters that the previous satellite positioning system could only reflect the vehicle's location, speeding, fatigue driving and other relatively simple information, and could not provide real-time feedback on the driver's active behavior in the cab. This system will not only call the alarm in real time, but also send videos to the platform. After receiving it, the supervisor will contact the driver to correct the driver's dangerous driving behavior immediately.

During the pilot period, some heavy truck drivers were resistant to the system and had intentional damage to the vehicle equipment and deliberately blocked the camera. "A relevant person in charge of the Transportation Management Department of the Municipal Transportation Bureau said that the prevention and control system is mandatory.
