The Challenge Cup is divided into three stages: trial match, knockout match and final week, with a prize of RMB 3.5 million. In combination with the new bounty competition system, the champion can get a maximum of RMB 2.15 million, and the quarterfinals can get a guaranteed salary of approximately RMB 130,000.
Specifically, the selection competition is from December 31 to January 3. The participating teams are 4-6th (3 teams) in the 2021 KPL Autumn Championship, 2-4th (3 teams) in the 2021 KA Autumn Championship, 1-3rd (3 teams) in the 2021 4th Honor of Kings National Competition, 9 teams in total. The competition system adopts a BO1 single cycle, and the top four teams will advance to the knockout stage. When the rankings are the same, the winner-loss relationship will be given priority.
