Hubei Daily (Reporter Huang Lei and Intern Chen Sitong) It was learned on June 30 that Huaxin Cement has developed and applied a low-carbon manufacturing intelligent system for cement in Huangshi's "10,000 tons line" through cooperation with Alibaba Cloud, achieving an additional carbon reduction of more than 60,000 tons throughout the year.
Huaxin Cement currently has more than 270 factories in 14 provinces and cities in the country and 8 overseas countries. In 2020, Huaxin Cement built the world's largest environmentally friendly collaborative disposal production line "10,000 tons" in Huangshi, Hubei, with the coal replacement rate exceeding 30%.
The cement industry's carbon emissions account for about 9% of the total carbon emissions in the country, and is one of the main sources of carbon dioxide emissions in the manufacturing industry. Huaxin Cement proposed that by 2030, Huaxin Cement will account for more than 25% of primary energy consumption. As the industry leader, Huaxin Cement actively introduces digital technologies such as cloud computing, big data and AI, becoming the vanguard of the intelligence of low-carbon manufacturing of cement.
In 2021, Huaxin Cement built a cement low-carbon manufacturing intelligent advanced control system HIAC based on Alibaba Cloud's industrial control optimization platform AICS, successfully realizing stable operating conditions during large-scale environmental protection coordinated disposal, further improving the coal-fired replacement rate and quality stability. In the Huangshi "10,000-ton line", which is recognized as the most difficult to control, the new system has made the coal substitution rate reaching 38.3%. It has recently passed the appraisal of the China Building Materials Federation and was recognized as "the overall technology has reached the international leading level."
At present, Huaxin Cement is promoting this set of cement low-carbon manufacturing intelligent advanced control system in all more than 50 cement production lines across the country, and plans to apply it to overseas production lines to allow domestic self-developed intelligent control systems to go global.
