The hotel has only one floor, and there is a large vegetable market at the entrance of the hotel. There is a ceiling on the vegetable market, and inside it is a long dunzi . At both ends of the vegetable market, on one side is the road ground and the vegetable market. There are dense houses on both sides of the road, and there are a slope on the other side, and there are several cotton-bearing people next to it.

According to his description, some volunteers first guessed whether it was Wuhan or Nanjing, because these two bridges were dual-purpose bridges for road and railways, but there were no bridges up and downstream, so they were quickly ruled out. Some people mentioned the Yibin Bridge on the Yangtze River .
But Xu Youqiang also said a detail, which made everyone look at Hengyang, Hunan again. Because Xu Youqiang recalled that he remembered that when he was in elementary school, he saw a letter that the message on the postmark showed that the letter was sent from Hengyang, Hunan.
Xu Youqiang once read the contents of the letter, which was written by the "middleman" who took him out of his hometown, and asked him about his adoptive parents asking for money. Later, he didn't know how his adoptive parents handled this matter, but from then on he had an impression that his hometown might be in Hengyang, more than 700 kilometers away.
The volunteers in Hengyang "fire light clouds" and "winter not cold" asked Xu Youqiang to draw a map in his memory and found that the map does have many similarities with Hengyang, such as the dual-purpose highway and railway bridge in his memory, and there is one in Hengyang.
For several consecutive years, Hengyang volunteers carried out a series of visits and investigations in Hengyang city. They visited the suspected vegetable markets, streets, and cinemas, visited the Hengyang Xiangjiang Road and Railway Bridge near the Shigucao Bridge, visited the relevant police stations for the police records of that year, and posted advertisements for searching for relatives in the streets and alleys of Hengyang, and asked local media to publish information on searching for relatives, but there was no definite information.
On the third day of the Chinese New Year in 2017, Xu Youqiang ran to Hengyang by himself and took him to visit some suspicious places, but he could not find the memories of that year.
After 9 years of searching for relatives, the police found his relatives through the national anti-trafficking DNA database
"I once gave up and felt that the hope was too small." Xu Youqiang said.
But the turnaround happened in the first half of this year.
In 2021, the national public security organs carried out the special anti-trafficking work of the "Reunion Action". In April 2022, police from Hengnan County Public Security Bureau contacted Xu Youqiang and collected his blood samples for family blood samples system comparison.
Fortunately, on May 16, the public security organs captured a suspected person from Xintian County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province. The police found out that the person was named Zhang Hongfu. The police then contacted Zhang Hongfu by phone and asked him whether anyone at home was missing in 1989. Zhang Hongfu told him that they had four brothers and their mother was named Liu Youju. On the morning of November 16, 1989, his fourth brother Zhang Hongshu was abducted by a Guangdong man who was staying in their hotel.
On May 18, 2022, police officers from Hengnan County Public Security Bureau collected blood samples for Liu Youju and Zhang Hongfu and entered the national anti-trafficking DNA database. On June 18, 2022, they asked the Xiamen police in Fujian to collect blood samples from Xu Youqiang and incorporate them into the warehouse.
On June 30, 2022, the forensic doctor of the Criminal Investigation Detachment of Hengyang Municipal Public Security Bureau used blood samples from Liu Youju and Zhang Hongfu to conduct manual comparison in the national anti-trafficking DNA database, and compared the blood samples of Xu Youqiang collected by the police in Xiamen . Scientifically prove that Xu Youqiang is Liu Youju's biological son Zhang Hongshu.
Previously on May 17, Liu Youju had just celebrated her 84th birthday.

In November 1989, a male guest in his forties came to his home and registered for accommodation in the hotel. The customer went out early and came back late every day. Sometimes he played in the store and often played with Zhang Hongshu, who also liked to play with him.
A week later, at noon on November 16, 1989, his parents found that Zhang Hongshu had not gone home for dinner, and the male tenant had not come back, but his luggage was still in the room. The family searched everywhere but couldn't find two people.
More than ten days later, my father and a neighbor from the same village found his home based on the registered name, ID number and address of the male tenant. He was in Lechang County, Guangdong, but his brother was only at home and said that he had not been back for a long time. My father went to the local police station to report the case and came back.
1990 3rd day of the first lunar month, , the parents went to Lechang, Guangdong to find their son again, but the male tenant still had never returned. His brother said that he was away all year round and rarely went back, so his parents had to return.
The father died half a year after he was abducted. The mother has been waiting for this side for 33 years. The police analyzed afterwards. After the information comparison between the two parties, they found that most of Zhang Hongxun’s memories of his original family were correct, but there were some deviations. It is mainly because Zhang Hongxun mentioned that there are two bridges in his hometown in memory, one of which is the road-rail bridge. Zhang Hongshun said that the hotel and hotel business that his parents originally ran was not very good at that time. Because they lost their son, they had no intention of operating it again. They closed the store a month later and went home to farm for a living. My father was diagnosed with lung disease six months later and died soon after. Not finding his son became the most regrettable thing before his death.
