Tongluo Flower Valley was originally a collective wasteland of Jinniu Village, Nan'an District. The slope was steep and few people went there. According to the three-year rolling plan for the overall improvement of the core area of the "Two Rivers and Four Banks" and the 2020 implementation plan, there are 81 projects in the Nan'an District with a total investment of 24.81 billion yuan, including improving the quality of the waterfront, optimizing the urban form, improving service facilities, and strengthening transportation support. This year, Nan'an District has been working hard to "leave blank" for the ecology and "grow green" nature.
