Selina, a former Chinese girl group SHE member, played the horror film "The First Seven" for the first time, in the trailer that aired a few days ago, she appeared without makeup throughout the whole process, and even took the initiative to make her ugly!

Most actresses are afraid of being seen as having no makeup on their side, right? But there are also many female artists who are brave enough to challenge this taboo. Former Chinese girl group SHE member Selina ( Ren Jiaxuan ), the horror film "The First Seven" that played the leading role for the first time. In the trailer that was aired a few days ago, she appeared without makeup throughout the whole process, and even took the initiative to make her look ugly!

In the video, Selina not only challenges various horror plots, but another test is that her character has a very large age span, and she has to play the role from a rebellious girl who is pregnant without marriage until she is single mother.

At the beginning of the plot, she had to kneel in front of Chen Yiwen, who played her father at the age of 20. Because of the fact that she was pregnant before marriage, Chen Yiwen scolded and taught her a lesson.

Selina once said in an interview that she was almost taught a lesson by Chen Yiwen, which is similar to the experience of being beaten when she was studying in reality. While recalling, she laughed at herself, "I was beaten up." It turned out that Ren's father was extremely strict with her at the beginning, and it was common for her to kneel down. Even the stairwell of the apartment was her kneeling figure.

"The First Seven" held a test film meeting in Taiwan a few days ago, and some film critics praised Selina's rapid acting skills.

Selina was asked how she, who has always been full of girlishness, can understand the mood of a single mother? She still seemed to have evoked childhood memories, "My mother worked hard and had to cook for us after she got off work." This allowed her to look at single mothers with more empathy. In addition, she also remembered the hardships that some single-parent families in society were experiencing in many news reports, and her image was ugly without makeup, which made the image of a tired working woman appear on the screen, allowing her to study roles and immersive performances carefully.

I still remember that when Selina was in the variety show, she was frightened by Chen Handian and she would cry out loud. Now she is actually making horror movies, which is one time and another.

It is not difficult to imagine that Selina naturally suffered a lot in order to make a good movie. She was timid on weekdays and was constantly frightened since she took the performance class because the performance teacher specially arranged a "horror training" course for her. She admitted that she would gradually become more and more afraid during the training process, and fear continued to accumulate. Fortunately, after the course, the teacher hugged her immediately.

But the teacher also asked her to remember the physical pressure and mental fear at the time of class. "I took out these memories of body trembling and fear during the performance, and I felt that every cell in my body was at its tightest state."

As for whether she would go to the theater to watch her big screen debut, she said, "Actually, I have been doing psychological construction, and I actually want to see how my performance is." But I often feel scared these days. Recently, when I think of the plot of the movie, she even curled up in the quilt and cried to the point of insomnia because she was too deeply involved in the role! However, in the end, she decided that "we should come in with earplugs to watch it to avoid the sound effects scaring me."

The movie will be released in Taiwan on April 1, but there is no definite news whether it will be released in the mainland.
