The entire case was finalized in August 2018 after the court's judgment. Duan Yikang and Wei Minggu lost the case and were required to compensate 1 million yuan and report to apologize. The matter took four months, and Duan Yikang and Wei Minggu's apology to Lin Min only appeared in the newspaper yesterday (9th) and occupied half of the newspaper.
