According to Associated Press on November 2, former US President Trump is preparing for the 2024 US presidential election, and the campaign may be launched soon after the midterm elections.

reported that people close to Trump said that Trump is eager to return to the power field, and his aides and allies are now viewing the two weeks after the November 8 US midterm election as a possible window for announcing the campaign. Reince Pribas, who once served as the White House chief of the Trump administration, also said that he is 95% sure that Trump will run for the U.S. president again, "The real question is whether other strong opponents in the party will run for election."
Trump has also been helping candidates in the last few weeks of the midterm elections, hoping to build momentum for his presidential campaign with the help of Republican people.
