2. Deepen the construction of characteristic general high schools and support Zizhuyuan Middle School, China Middle School, and Southwest Weiyu Middle School to strive to become Shanghai's characteristic general high schools.
3. In accordance with the planning and arrangement of the "14th Five-Year Plan" education new construction project, accelerate the start of five projects, including the Nanmo Middle School renovation and expansion project, Fudan Affiliated High School Xuhui Branch Project, Beiyang Artificial Intelligence Town Planning Primary School and Kindergarten Construction Project, and Huazhimen International School Construction Project, promote the preliminary establishment of two projects, including the new construction project of the Longhua Middle Road Planning Primary School and the Junior Middle School Construction Project, and complete the land acquisition and storage of future school projects. Completed the installation of air conditioners in 65 schools and the expansion of power capacity in 52 schools, achieving full coverage of air conditioners in classrooms in public schools in regional areas.
4. Promote school prevention work, improve school teaching facilities, ensure that they meet eye hygiene requirements, implement myopia prevention and control requirements for school supplies, and strive to reduce myopia rate by one percentage point in primary and secondary schools.

1. Promote the diverse development of high schools and schools with characteristics. Combining new curriculum and new textbooks, we will take the development and creation of the "double new" project area and project school as a starting point to promote the transformation of the school's development model and education model. Summarize and refine the experience of the construction of Fudan Middle School's philosophy education base and Yan'an Middle School's mathematics base, and accelerate the construction of the foreign language base of the city's third girls' middle school.
2. Further deepen cooperation with Fudan University, East China Normal University, East China University of Political Science and Law, and Shanghai International Studies University, and strive to start construction of the Xinhua Community new school project at the beginning of the year.Actively promote the creation of a Shanghai characteristic high school for Tianshan School affiliated to East China Normal University.
3. The renovation and expansion project of Guyi Kindergarten is planned to start and complete in 2022; the renovation project of Tianshan School Affiliated to East China Normal University is planned to be completed in 2022; the new elevator project of Xinjing Middle School is planned to start and complete in 2022.
4. 1. Implement the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Construction of Closed School Districts and Groups in Baoshan District", select 2 Closed School Districts and 4 Education Groups to carry out pilot projects, summarize experience in a timely manner, and improve the operating mechanism. Improve the overall quality of junior high school strong school projects and welcome the municipal final evaluation. 6. Complete the creation of a city-specific general high school, and promote the qualification review of Xingzhi Experimental Middle School and Baoshan Middle School’s special display.
7. Ensure that the renovation and expansion projects of 7 schools are completed within the year. New schools such as Baoshan Branch of the Affiliated Middle School of Shanghai Normal University will be opened as scheduled.
