What is a key place?
Dense people and spaces are closed, and places where clustered epidemics are prone to occur, such as stations, ports, airports, docks, public transportation (cars, trains, planes and subways), logistics parks, nucleic acid testing points, agricultural trade (collective trade) markets, hotels, shopping malls and supermarkets, fitness and entertainment venues, hairdressing and bathing places, cinemas, sports venues, libraries, museums, art galleries, chess and card rooms, closed cruise ships, script killing, confinement centers, commodity exhibition and sales and after-sales service places, conference centers, religious activity venues, etc.
Under the premise of taking prevention and control measures such as personnel health monitoring, cleaning and disinfection, ventilation, and personal protection, all types of key places are open or open normally.

3 Normalized epidemic prevention and control requirements
1. Implement the main responsibilities of the venue, formulate emergency work plans, carry out emergency drills, and make reserves of epidemic prevention materials such as masks, hand sanitizers, disinfectants and non-contact thermometers.
2. Establish a health monitoring system, register the health status of staff, conduct temperature checks and checks on the staff and customers entering the venue, and only those with normal body temperature and health codes can enter.
3. Strictly control the flow of people according to the epidemic risk level in the region and the actual situation of the place, set a "1-meter line" in the waiting area to remind people to maintain a safe distance and avoid gatherings of people.

3 Normalized epidemic prevention and control requirements

Staff in key places and key institutions, people with high infection risk or low resistance, including medical staff, front-line personnel of immigration, customs, market supervision systems, police, sanitation workers, security guards, cleaners, port transportation practitioners, express delivery personnel, water, electricity, gas and other staff, home isolation medical observation or home health monitoring personnel, aid construction personnel in areas with local epidemics, epidemic prevention and control staff, homeless beggars, scattered decoration and construction workers, the elderly, patients with chronic basic diseases, pregnant women, children, disabled people, etc.

33 Normalized epidemic prevention and control requirements
1. Self-health monitoring should be done. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, etc., you must seek medical treatment in time and do not go to work or school without illness.
2. Wear a mask scientifically. Wear protective supplies such as masks, gloves and other protective items as required during work and take personal protection. The mask needs to be replaced in time when it becomes dirty, deformed, damaged, or odorous. The cumulative wearing time for each mask shall not exceed 8 hours.
3. Keep hands hygiene. Try to avoid touching the surfaces of door handles, elevator buttons, registration machines, ATMs and other objects in public areas directly with your hands, and wash your hands in time after contact or rub your hands with quick-drying hand disinfectant.
4. Pay attention to personal hygiene. Personal daily necessities are used separately and cannot be shared.
5. Strengthen ventilation, cleaning and disinfection of homes, dormitories and work areas, keep items clean and tidy, and clean garbage in time.
6. Pay attention to the hygiene of the toilet. When flushing, you must close the toilet seat cover. Regularly add water to the floor drain, wash basin and kitchen sink, add 350ml of water each time or turn on the faucet and release water for 8 to 10 seconds.
7. Pay attention to cough etiquette. When coughing and sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue. If there is no tissue, use your elbow instead. Be careful not to throw the tissue around.
