Before 28 weeks of pregnancy, especially the first and second prenatal examinations, there is a very important examination item - Down screening. Professional terms such as early Tang, NT, mid Tang, non-invasive DNA, amniocentesis, etc. are all related to this Down screening.

1. Let’s first briefly clarify a few basic concepts:
1. A simple understanding is that the child will have obvious intellectual backwardness, special face, growth and development disorders, and multiple deformities. These are pains that every parent cannot bear.
2. Down Screening: Down Screening is the abbreviation of prenatal screening test for Down syndrome.
3. Early Tang: Early Tang's screening. This examination is mainly performed on the "9th-13th week + 6" during pregnancy. It uses two screening methods for "ultrasound" and "blood draw".
4, Zhongtang: mid-term Down screening. This test mainly tests the fetal A protein, chorionic gonadotropin, free estriol and inhibin in the serum at the "15th-20th week + 6" of pregnancy. 1. Since the accuracy rate of early Tang exceeds 90%, you can do early Tang, try to do early Tang, remember to make an appointment for the examination at the best examination time; usually NT and blood draw are done on the same day. If you can't do it on the same day, and the result of NT is low risk, you can consider not taking premature Tang blood draw.
2. If the critical value of the early Tang/NT etc. is displayed, don’t worry too much. The critical value does not mean that there is a problem with the fetus. If there is a high risk, it should be handled more carefully. Doctors generally recommend non-invasive or amniocentesis for further confirmation. It is recommended to consult a professional doctor for treatment.
3. If you can’t get enough time and you can’t do early Tang, then wait until 16-18 weeks before doing mid-tang screening.
4. Many elderly women over 35 years old have high risks in early Tang Dynasty. You can consult a doctor about which method to screen Down syndrome .
