He said: The original agreement seemed to mean that the giant panda was owned by the mainland, and it was just an exhibition at the Taipei Zoo. "If necessary, you can take it back."
Unexpectedly, as soon as this remark was made, it immediately attracted the severe refutation of former Taipei Mayor Hao Longbin: Animals do not understand politics, and the DPP authorities should not mix political factors into the care of pandas. Only humans understand political operations.
