A group competition location is at the Taiwan Intercontinental Baseball Stadium, from March 8 to 13, 2023. The top two of each group will advance to the quarterfinals and rematch. The top two of the Groups A and B will go to the Tokyo Dome on March 15 and 16, while Groups C and D will fight at the Miami Dadebo Stadium on March 17 and 18, and the last four games will be held in Miami from March 19 to 21.
