During the competition, Charlie, a crew member of the Global All-Stage of the "Crazy Forward", said, "This competition is very exciting. There was a period of time when it was against the wind and another period of sailing down the wind, with rainy weather, clear sky and bright sunshine. I have basically encountered all kinds of weather, and it is a very good competition."
For a crew member of the Global All-Stage, the schedule 12 is a particularly special period, because the competition at the Londonderry Station is the last transoceanic sailing before the end of this season. Charlie said, " Londonderry Station is one of the most anticipated sites along the Clippers World Race. It feels good to complete the last trans-ocean voyage on the triumphal journey. It is one step away from returning home and Liverpool Triumphal."

According to reports, in this competition, the " Seattle " sailing ship also participated in a pioneering scientific research project. During the voyage that races along the U.S. coastline, the Seattle sailboat is equipped with a special sensor that will be used to monitor the acidification of seawater in the U.S. coastline.
