(I) The identity certificate of the owner;
(II) The license of the car purchase certificate or other legal compliance certificate of the origin;

02 What kind of license plate is issued for electric bicycles that meet the regulations?
Answer: When registering an electric bicycle, the certificate submitted by the owner of the electric bicycle should be reviewed, the information of mandatory product certification should be checked, the name, brand, model, vehicle code, motor code, factory date, body color, etc. of the electric bicycle manufacturer, as well as the owner of the electric bicycle, if it complies with the regulations, it should be entered into the registration management system, and the electronic driving license should be generated, and the green official license plate is issued for electric bicycles used by units or individuals; temporary license plates with white background and black letters are issued for non-standard electric vehicles.

03 What contents are registered in the electric bicycle registration management system?
Answer: When registering an electric bicycle, you must register the following contents in the electric bicycle registration management system:
(I) license plate number;
(II) owner's name or name, residence address and contact information;
(III) manufacturer's name, brand, model, vehicle code, motor code, factory date, body color, etc.;
(IV) registration date;
(V) nature of use.
04 What are the situations for electric bicycles? Registration cannot be processed?
Answer: If an electric bicycle is in any of the following circumstances, registration will not be accepted:
(I) The certificate submitted by the owner is invalid;
(II) It does not comply with the mandatory national standards and has not obtained mandatory product certification;
(III) Its origin certificate and product certificate does not match the electric bicycle;
(IV) Its assembly or illegal modification;
(V) The vehicle code and motor code are missing or cannot be identified;
(VI) Its stolen;
(VII) Its other circumstances that do not comply with laws and regulations.

Specific time for registration and temporary license plate transition time?
Answer: Wen'an County electric bicycle centralized registration and registration time: from May 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022.
(I) The owner of an electric bicycle shall apply for registration to the traffic management department of the public security organ within 30 days from the date of purchase of the car.
(II) From November 1, 2022, the registration and listing of old standards of electric bicycles will be stopped, that is, the issuance of temporary license plates will be stopped.
(Wednesday) Starting from November 1, 2022, electric bicycles without license plates are not allowed to drive on the road.
(IV) The "Hebei Province Electric Bicycle Management Regulations" stipulates that the transition period of non-standard electric bicycles (white temporary license plates) will not be allowed to drive on the road after the transition period expires.
06 Are there any charges and compulsory insurance requirements for registration of electric bicycles?
Answer: The style of electric bicycle license plates is unified across the province, and there is no fee for registration and registration. The required funds are guaranteed by the financial support of the prefecture-level cities and counties (cities).
"Hebei Province Electric Bicycle Management Regulations" Article 36 stipulates: Electric bicycle owners are encouraged to insure electric bicycles third-party liability insurance , personal injury insurance and property loss insurance . This time, the registration and registration of electric bicycles is encouraged but not mandatory for insurance purchase.
