1. Recruitment background
Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, Winter Paralympics will be held in Beijing and Zhangjiakou . This is the first time that the Winter Olympics have been held in Chinese history, and it is also the third Olympic event held by China after the Beijing Olympics and Nanjing Youth Olympics.
Beijing Winter Olympic Organizing Committee has set up 3 Winter Olympic Villages in Beijing, Yanqing and Zhangjiakou, and awarded the award of China Huayou Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CNPC) to provide catering, accommodation and other services for Beijing Winter Olympic Village. Taking serving the Winter Olympics as an opportunity, we will vigorously support talent training and employment in poor areas, provide career development channels for young people of appropriate age, and improve the hematopoietic functions of poor families. We are now openly recruiting hotel property professional service personnel from some national-level poor counties. 3. Talent training and use plan
(I) Phase 1: Recruitment and selection
September-October 2020, complete the registration, interview and selection of recruiters. The qualified personnel have signed a labor contract with the hotel and property project , which is affiliated to Huayou Group, and plans to go through the entry procedures in November 2020 and participate in professional training in a concentrated manner. has begun to pay the minimum living security fund and pay five insurances and one fund .
(II) Phase 2: Professional training
From November 2020 to the end of April 2021, recruited personnel will be trained in Zhengzhou Tourism Vocational College , and a graduation certificate will be issued after the training is completed. Training fees, food and accommodation fees, etc. are borne by Huayou Group.
(III) Phase 3: Winter Olympics service
selects those with high comprehensive quality and outstanding training performance from the trainees. It is planned to conduct key training for foreign affairs etiquette, professional skills and other services in the Olympics starting from May 2021, and enter the Winter Olympics Village to serve until the end of the Winter Olympics and Paralympics in April 2022.
(IV) Phase 4: After the Winter Olympics and Paralympics are all over, the distribution will be made according to the employment needs of hotels and property projects under Huayou Group and its personal wishes. After re-registration, you will be paid for salaries and benefits, pay five insurances and one fund according to the regulations of your unit.
4. Recruitment targets and basic conditions
(I) Recruitment area

(II) Basic conditions
1. Age: male under 30 years old, female under 25 years old;
2. Gender: no limit for men and women;
3. Educational level: high school (including vocational high school) or above, college degree or above, no limit for previous graduations;
4. Height image: male over 170cm, female over 160cm, positive facial features, good appearance and image, and healthy body;
5. Others: fluent Mandarin; no bad habits and bad records, good ideological and moral character, qualified family political review; able to work in another place for a long time.
(III) Job training direction
According to the needs of the service work of the Winter Olympics Olympic Village, the personnel training is mainly hotel management professionals, and business positions include front desk reception, etiquette services, conference services, catering services, room cleaning, engineering maintenance, etc. arranges actual work content based on the basic conditions of the hired personnel, training results, comprehensive performance, etc.
5. Recruitment and recruitment program
(I) Registration
1. Registration time: From the date of publication of the brochure to October 15, 2020.
2. Registration method:
Those who meet the conditions and are willing to register will download the "China Huayou Group Co., Ltd. Talent Recruitment Information Registration Form" by themselves, fill in it carefully and truthfully, and go to Gannan Huatong Labor Dispatch Co., Ltd. (Fourth Floor of the Cooperative Visitor Reception Center). Gannan Huatong Labor Dispatch Co., Ltd. shall be responsible for the registration.
3. Registration materials required:
Talent recruitment information registration form (with a red background for personal 2-inch free crown photo), household registration book, ID card, academic degree certificate at all levels, professional qualification certificate at all levels, and other related qualification certificates (files). Copy or scanned copy is required.
4. Register must fill in personal information truthfully. The application materials provided must be complete and true and valid. Any fraud or violation of the requirements of the recruitment brochure shall be cancelled at any time, and the applicant shall bear the responsibility.
(II) Qualification review and interview
1. Qualification review is conducted before the interview and is jointly organized by Huayou Group and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to review whether the interview shortlisted candidates meet the qualification requirements for the position they are selected.
2. Interview time, method and location: Online or on-site interview is planned to be conducted in late October, and the specific time and location will be notified separately.
3. The interview content mainly focuses on examining the basic conditions and comprehensive professional qualities of applicants.
4. The interview results will be notified by telephone and written by all recruited personnel and relevant contacts of the county government.
(III) Physical examination and inspection (political review)
1. Those who pass the interview will undergo a physical examination before joining the job as required. The time and location of the physical examination will be notified separately (the location shall be designated by the relevant departments of the county government). The cost of physical examination shall be borne by CNPC.
2. Perform an inspection (political review) for those who pass the physical examination. Those who fail the physical examination and inspection of the candidates will be disqualified from the recruitment.
