Public Recruitment of High School and Preschool Personnel Agent Teachers in 2019
After research and decision, it is planned to publicly recruit 58 high school teachers and 50 kindergarten teachers from the public. The relevant matters are now announced as follows.
1. Recruitment principles
Organize recruitment to the society in accordance with the principles of openness, fairness, competition and selection of the best, adhere to both moral integrity and ability, and strictly follow the prescribed conditions and procedures.
2. Recruitment positions and numbers
1. There are 58 high school teachers, including 7 Chinese teachers, 6 mathematics teachers, 6 English teachers, 3 physics teachers, 3 chemistry teachers, 5 biology teachers, 9 political teachers, 9 history teachers, 9 geography teachers, and 1 physical education teacher. 2. There are 50 preschool teachers, please see Appendix 2: "2019 Preschool Personnel Agent Teacher Job Settings Table".
3. Recruitment conditions
(I) Support Communist Party of China , support the socialist system, abide by laws and regulations, and love education and teaching.
(II) Be healthy, have dignified image, have good character and professional ethics, and are competent for the job you choose.
(III) High school teachers have Xingtai City household registration, and kindergarten teachers have Renxian County household registration.
(IV) High school teachers are under 35 years old, and kindergarten teachers are under 30 years old.
(V) Any time that involves age, household registration, etc. needs to be determined, the calculation date will be completed until July 1, 2019.
(VI) High school teacher: Full-time normal school degree or above, with or are taking the high school teacher qualification certificate for the corresponding subject (those who are taking the high school teacher qualification certificate must obtain the qualification certificate within one year after the employment, otherwise, the employment will not be renewed after one year).
Preschool teacher: full-time junior college degree or above, and holds a preschool teacher qualification certificate; graduates of full-time junior college degree or above preschool education major.
4. Salary benefits
Salary benefits are implemented in accordance with the same conditions as formal teachers' wage standards in our county. The required funds are included in the county's fiscal budget and social insurance such as pension, medical care, work-related injuries are paid in accordance with relevant national regulations.
5. Recruitment procedure
(I) Release announcement
On July 5, 2019 (Friday), the recruitment announcement was issued to the public through the Renxian Government Information Disclosure Platform (http://info.renxian.gov.cn).
(II) Registration and Qualification Review
1. Online registration: Log in to Renxian Government Information Disclosure Platform (www.rxrlzybmxt.com) to register.
2. Registration time: 9:00 on July 11th (Thursday) to 17:00 on July 15th (Monday); online payment time: 9:00 on July 12th (Friday) to 12:00 on July 16th (Tuesday).
3. Basic procedures for online registration:
(1) Before registering, candidates must carefully read the "Announcement" and agree to the "Integrity Commitment Letter", and then follow the steps to carry out specific operations;
(2) Online registration implements a strict self-discipline system and is responsible for the authenticity of the submission and review of the registration information. If you find that the information filled in online is inconsistent with the actual situation, the application qualification will be cancelled;
(3) Online registration must be applied for a "registration number" with a valid second-generation "resident ID card", and pre-select the application position, and obtain the "registration number" and "initial password" before logging in to the registration system and filling in the application. The registration number is the only identifier for logging in to the registration system. The password can be modified. Be sure to remember and keep it in mind. The electronic photos uploaded by
(4) must meet the requirements: recent no-cap ID photos, jpg format, 240×320 pixels, less than 30kb, otherwise it will be automatically rejected by the registration system;
(5) The information after candidates "submitted for review" will be locked and cannot be modified before feedback of the review results. Generally speaking, the auditor will reply to the review results on the registration system within 24 hours. If the "audit has not been approved", the information can be modified according to the prompts and submitted for review again. If the "audit has been approved", the information can no longer be modified. You can directly enter the payment procedure and pay according to the prompts. This exam will charge a registration fee of 100 yuan.
(6) Candidates download and print the "Registration Form" by themselves according to the prompts, and the certificate review process must also be provided and used;
(7) Anyone who fails to complete the relevant operations within the specified time will be deemed to be automatically given up. During the registration and examination, be sure to keep your personal documents and information well. If you lose them due to personal reasons, stolen by others and maliciously tampered with information, the registration and examination will be borne by yourself; candidates who register online through

(Wednesday) Written Examination
1. Written Examination Time: July 22 (Monday) 9:00-11:00.
2. Written test location: See the "Written Test Admission Ticket" for details.
3. Written test content: 20 points for basic education knowledge, 80 points for professional knowledge required for the position, and the full score for the paper is 100 points.
4. Announced results: The written test scores are ranked from high to low, and those with the last score in the proportion are all included in the certificate review. On July 26 (Friday), the written test scores and list of certificate reviewers were announced on the Renxian Government Information Disclosure Platform (http://info.renxian.gov.cn).
(Thursday) Document Review
1. Document Review Time: July 29 (Monday) to August 1 (Thursday). 9:00-11:30 a.m., 14:30-17:00 p.m.
2. Certificate review location: Ren County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (address: No. 3, Fuyang Road, Ren County).
3. Materials required:
(1) "Registration Form";
(2) original and copy of household registration book and ID card;
(3) original and copy of academic certificate;
(4) original and copy of employment registration certificate;
(5) original and copy of teacher qualification certificate;
(6) "Electronic Registration Form of Ministry of Education Academic Certificate" printed by Xuexin.com.
interview candidates are determined: The interview candidates are determined based on the written test scores at a ratio of 1:1.5. Those with the last written test scores in the ratio will be in the interview. Log in to Renxian Government Information Disclosure Platform (http://info.renxian.gov.cn) on Monday, at 8:00 to 24:00, log in to Renxian government information disclosure platform (http://info.renxian.gov.cn) to download and print the "Interview Notice" by yourself.
(V) Interview

2. Interview content:
High school teacher: It is conducted in the form of lectures and defense, with a time of 15 minutes. Among them, the lecture will be taught for 10 minutes and the defense will be answered for 5 minutes.
Preschool teacher: It is conducted in the form of trial lectures and talent display, with a time of 15 minutes. Among them, there are 10 minutes of trial lectures and 5 minutes of talent display (the display format is customized, and the required musical instruments, props, costumes, etc. are provided by yourself).
3. Interview score:
interview full score of 100 points. Professional judges use the "gymnastics scoring" method on the spot to remove one highest score and the other lowest score. The average score of other judges is the interview score of the candidate.
(Sixth) total scores are synthesized into
1. Calculate the total score of the exam based on the written test score and the interview score, with a full score of 100 points. Calculation method of total score: total score = written test score × 60% + interview score × 40%.

(7) Physical examination and inspection
According to the total scores of the candidates, the candidates for entering the physical examination and inspection will be determined according to the recruitment plan with a ratio of 1:1 from high to low. If the last total scores in the proportion are parallel, the persons who enter the physical examination and inspection shall be determined in the following order: those with higher written test scores, higher education (degree), children or spouses of martyrs, those with grassroots work experience or those with grassroots work experience . physical examination and inspection work are organized by the county recruitment leading group, and the physical examination is carried out in accordance with the physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment. Those who pass the physical examination will enter the inspection stage. Those who fail the physical examination and inspection will be disqualified from the candidates to be hired and will be replaced in order from high to low among candidates who apply for the lowest control score line in the same position.
(8) Public announcement
According to the candidates' written test, interview, physical examination, inspection, etc., the candidates will be identified and publicized on the county government information disclosure platform. The announcement period is 7 working days. If there are objections during the public announcement period and the employment is affected, their proposed employment qualification will be cancelled. If there are vacant positions, the candidates who apply for the lowest control score line of the same position will be replaced in order from high to low scores (only once).
(9) Once the employee is hired, he will sign a three-year employment contract with the employer, and the employer will be appointed as the county human resources exchange service center for personnel relations. The hired personnel shall implement a one-year probation period, which shall be calculated within the term of the employment contract. If the probationary period is passed, the salary after the probationary period will be determined by referring to the formalization and grading method of the staff of the public institution; if the probationary period is not qualified, the employment shall be cancelled. After the contract expires, those who pass the examination and assessment can renew the employment contract according to the work needs of the employer, and select the best procedures for the employment of public institutions within the preparation plan.
6. Relevant requirements
Any applicant who fails to take the written test, interview, physical examination, or inspection as required within the specified time will be deemed to automatically give up the recruitment qualification; qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. At any stage, if candidates are found to not meet the recruitment conditions or commit fraud, their qualifications will be cancelled. If there are serious problems, they will be held accountable.
