In order to implement the spirit of the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Teacher Team Construction in the New Era", according to the actual needs of the development of education in Hongshan , it is planned to publicly recruit 405 personnel agent teachers in primary and secondary schools from the public. The specific matters are announced as follows:
1. Recruitment positions
This time, 405 primary and secondary school teachers in the district were recruited. Applicants should also meet the recruitment conditions required by the announcement and the relevant conditions for the positions reported in the "2022 List of Public Recruitment Positions for Primary and Secondary School Personnel Agent Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools in Hongshan District, Wuhan City" (Appendix 1).
2. Recruitment conditions
(I) Applicants should meet the following conditions
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. Love the cause of education, have good political qualities and moral character;
3. Undergraduate graduates are 30 years old and under (1991 Born after January 1), graduate students and senior professional titles for primary and secondary school teachers are 35 years old and under (born after January 1, 1986);
4. Have the professional knowledge and professional abilities required for the position and be competent for the job you are applying for;
5. In principle, have the teacher qualification certificate or the teacher qualification certificate that matches the job requirements ("Teacher Student Teacher Professional Ability Certificate"). Those who obtain the certificate of passing the teacher qualification examination ("Teacher Student Professional Ability Certificate") should obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate within the specified one year. After the deadline, the employment contract will be terminated. The teacher qualification certificate can be used at a low level;
6. Previous graduates should have a graduation certificate and a degree certificate, and fresh graduates should obtain a graduation certificate and a degree certificate on time;
7. The Mandarin level standards for high school Chinese teacher positions and primary school Chinese teacher positions shall not be lower than the second grade A;
8. Have the physical and psychological qualities to perform their duties normally;

(II) Those who are in any of the following circumstances shall not apply for
1. Personnel who have been criminally punished for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;

3. Recruitment procedures and methods
This recruitment implements online registration, and the specific procedures are as follows:

2. Query the online review results

3. Applicants who have passed the online registration review through the online registration and review must log in to the "Online Payment" window of the "Recruitment and Examination" column of Wuhan Mobile Talent Network in a timely manner, select their position to apply for and pay the registration fee to confirm that the registration is successful. The payment time is from 12:00 noon on June 13, 2022 to 12:00 noon on June 18. The payment time shall be based on the arrival time displayed in the system. There is a time difference in arrival. (IV) Written Examination
Written Examination time is set to June 26, 2022. The specific time and location of the written examination shall be subject to the admission ticket and written examination announcement. Candidates should read carefully and implement relevant requirements in accordance with the "Instructions on Prevention and Control of the Written Examination" (Appendix 3), and make time plans in advance. The written test focuses on the professional and professional qualities of applicants. Doctoral students and senior professional titles are exempt from the written examination, but they must participate in the online registration qualification review and directly enter the qualification review process after passing. Those who have completed the written test procedures are not subject to the interview ratio and do not occupy interview indicators. Based on the written test scores of each position, the qualification review personnel will be determined based on the ratio of the number of recruited positions and the number of references. If the last written test score of the shortlisted qualification reviewer is tied, it will be included in the list of qualification reviewers.
(V) Written test score inquiry and qualification review
After the written test is over, the written test score inquiry and qualification review notice will be issued on Wuhan Palm Talent Network. Anyone who fails to participate in the qualification review at the designated time and place or submits incomplete or false information, which affects the qualification review results, will be disqualified from the interview and will be reissued in the same position in the order of written test scores from high to low, and the qualification review will be notified. (VI) Interview
interview format adopts a combination of students' lectures and on-site questions and answers, focusing on examining the candidates' behavior, language expression skills, comprehensive analysis skills, on-site adaptability, educational theory, subject professional knowledge, classroom organization and control skills, educational and teaching skills and work practice abilities. The interview test duration is 12 minutes. The pass score line is implemented for positions that have not reached a ratio of 1:3 for the number of people recruited and the number of people participating in the interview, with the pass score line of 80 points. Interview related matters shall be subject to the interview announcement.
(7) Score calculation
test comprehensive score is 100 points, of which 40% of the written test scores and 60% of the interview scores. The interview results of those who are exempt from written tests are counted as comprehensive results. According to the number of people recruited at the position, the candidates who participated in the physical examination and inspection were determined in the order of the comprehensive scores from high to low. If the applicants have a tie in the comprehensive scores, those with higher interview scores will enter the physical examination and inspection procedures. (8) Physical examination and inspection
physical examination standards are implemented in accordance with the "Hubei Province Physical examination standards and Measures for Applying for Teacher Qualifications" and fresh graduates can use the graduation physical examination form instead.Fresh graduates who have not yet obtained the physical examination qualification report must sign a letter of commitment and provide a qualification report within the specified time. If the applicant has questions about the physical examination results, he or she can apply for re-examination. The re-examination can only be performed once, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. Applicants must carefully complete all physical examination items. If they fail to complete the physical examination items as required within the specified time, they will be deemed to be automatically given up. For female candidates during pregnancy, physical examination items that may affect fetal health should be suspended as prescribed according to the doctor's order. Replace relevant physical examination items after the pregnancy period is over. After the physical examination conclusion is passed, the relevant employment procedures will be completed. The physical examination costs shall be borne by the applicant. If the physical examination results fail, they will not be hired. The
inspection work is organized and implemented by the District Education Bureau. The inspection is carried out in various forms such as professional psychological tests and letter inquiries, review of archives or field inspections, and mainly examines the applicant's political thoughts, moral qualities, ability and quality, study and work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline, position matching, and performance during the application period. Those who do not meet the qualification requirements during the inspection or those who fail to pass the examination will not be hired if they do not match the position they apply for or have abnormal professional psychological test results.
If the person to be hired abstained or fails the physical examination or inspection, the person who intends to hire abstain from the person who has applied for this position and has reached the interview qualification line, the interview scores can be replaced from high to low with the approval of the Business District Human Resources Bureau. The candidates who pass the physical examination and inspection will be announced on the government website of Hongshan District, Wuhan City, with the announcement time of 7 days.
