3. Application requirements

3. Be proficient in using office software and operating computers for multimedia teaching. Mandarin requires level 2 B or above (Chinese subjects require level 2 A or above).
4. Obtaining a bachelor's degree or degree must have a teacher qualification certificate for the corresponding subject, grade or above. The major you studied must be corresponding or similar to the subjects you apply for and the teacher qualification certificate.
5. Age requirements: under 35 years old (born after October 13, 1986). Applicants who have received commendations at the county level (including county level) or above and who have won first prizes or above in education and teaching competitions can be appropriately relaxed under 40 years old (born after October 13, 1981).
6. Teachers applying for high school positions must also meet one of the following conditions: ①Teaching in high school for one academic year or more; ② Obtaining a master's degree; ③ Fresh graduates from 985 and 211 colleges and obtaining a degree.

1. Written test
① The content of the written test includes comprehensive education knowledge + subject knowledge.
②The written test has a total of 120 multiple-choice questions, the answer time is 60 minutes, the full score is 100 points, and the passing score is 40 points. For those who have reached the passing score, the shortlisted candidates in the next link will be determined based on the subject scores from high to low.
2. Interview
① Interview is conducted in the form of "trial lecture + expert question and answer" (pre-study, music, art, sports and other skill subjects, and professional skills are required. Please refer to the actual notice for details). The expert group will comprehensively score according to the elements based on the candidate's trial lecture and interview defense.
②The interview time is no more than 8 minutes per person, and the trial lecture content is mainly based on the current People's Education Press textbooks.
③The interview score is 100 points, and the passing score is 75 points. You must achieve the passing score before you are eligible to enter the next stage.
3. Quality Assessment
The main tests the ability model and the matching degree of people and positions. The full score is 100 points, which is not included in the total score. It is only used as a reference for teacher recruitment and management.
4. Interview
All schools arrange interviews by themselves based on the results of written tests, interviews, and quality assessments.

(VI) Score announcement

(7) Certification rules
1. This job fair will conduct grade certification of candidates' scores in accordance with the new teacher recruitment certification rules of Beijing Normal University's basic education cooperative education platform based on the candidate's written test, interview scores and quality assessment. Candidates can check the certification results in the "Beijing Yuncai Human Resources System" within 15 working days after the exam. Candidates with certification levels reaching C or above can obtain the "New Teacher Job Competency Level Certificate".
The specific certification grade score is as follows:
①A grade: 80 points ≤Total test score ≤100 points;
②B grade: 75 points ≤Total test score 80 points;
③C grade: 70 points ≤Total test score 75 points;
④One of the following situations is D grade:
The total test score 70 points;
The written test score 40 points;
Interview score 75 points.
The total score consists of written test scores and interview scores, and the quality assessment is not included in the total score. Among them: the written test scores account for 30% of the total certification scores. Those who pass the written test and are shortlisted for the next stage can participate in the interview assessment; the interview scores account for 70% of the total certification scores. If you pass the interview, you can enter the quality assessment.
2. The certification examination is exactly the same as the teacher recruitment examination process, and the test results of the candidates are certified, aiming to ensure that candidates have full employment, reasonably allocate high-quality resources, and reduce talent waste. From the date of release of the certification results, the certification level certificate will be valid within two years. The certification results are applicable to the platform's subsequent recruitment. The specific applicable rules and regulations shall prevail.
3. If the certification level cannot meet the recruitment requirements of relevant employers, candidates can register to participate in the platform's subsequent job fair or certification exam, and the platform retains the highest certification score.
4. After the platform certification is passed, Xinyu Shixianniaohu District Human Resources and Social Security, Discipline Inspection and Supervision, and Education Departments will select a time to conduct on-site qualification review and confirm the candidates who have passed this public recruitment.
5. The physical examination standards are implemented in accordance with the civil servant standards, and the fees are paid by me. Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified from hiring.
6. The hired teacher signed an appointment agreement with the employer and the competent department, with a probation period of one year. One year later, after comprehensive assessment, those who pass the personnel agency procedures will be handled.
5. Precautions for delivery
(1) Each person can only apply for one subject;
(2) Each person applies for no more than 3 positions;
(3) If you apply for multiple stages at the same time, the [highest stage] that passed the resume screening shall prevail during the assessment.
