1. Appropriate compensation

2. Strive to handle social insurance
Article 72 of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China: Employers must participate in social insurance and pay social insurance premiums for them; Teach people [2011 (No. 8)] The "Guiding Opinions on Properly Solving the Problem of Substitute Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools" clearly states that "resolving the problem of substitute teachers must conscientiously implement the spirit of the "Notice on Solving the Problem of Substitute Teachers" in accordance with local actual conditions and in accordance with social security policies."
When the indigenous teachers are on duty, they are all units with public education institutions in the national education sequence. According to the " Social Insurance Law ", public institutions personnel must participate in social insurance;
" Labor Law " also stipulates: Temporary workers who have worked in the same employer for ten years should enjoy various welfare benefits from the employer, including the employer paying social pension insurance for temporary employees. Article 13 of the Law stipulates that "the basic pension insurance premiums that should be paid during the period of payment shall be borne by the government before employees of state-owned enterprises and institutions participate in basic pension insurance." Schools in the former private substitute teachers who have been hired for 10 or 20 years should enjoy social insurance benefits.
3. Enjoy the benefits of leaving the post and retiring
Article 30 of the " Teachers Law " stipulates: "After a teacher retires or resigns, he or she enjoys the benefits of retirement or resignation stipulated by the state."
Original private substitute teachers are all in public education institutions. Like public teachers, they have long-term equal work and different pay for . Like the people of public teachers, they are cultivating the flowers of the motherland and cultivating talents for the country. You should also enjoy retirement or resignation benefits like public teachers. Teach people to issue [1992 (No. 41)] "Opinions on Further Improving the Work of Private Teachers". The former private substitute teacher did not follow the procedures for retiring from work and enjoyed his policies, let alone received the benefits of "retirement or resignation".
At present, most provinces and cities across the country have implemented the pension subsidy system for original private courses. That is, only the teaching experience is 10 yuan per month, and very few are 20 yuan. Even the highest Anhui and Hebei provinces are only 26 yuan. The "pension subsidy" of less than 200 yuan per month is a drop in the bucket and cannot fundamentally solve the pension problem of the former private substitute classes.
