In order to further strengthen the construction of the teacher team and meet the needs of education and teaching, in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in Shandong Province" (Lu Renshe Fa [2015] No. 6), "Notice on Further Improving the Public Recruitment of Public Institutions" (Lu Renshe Zi [2015] No. 84), "Notice on Several Specific Issues in Public Recruitment of Public Institutions" (Lu Renshe Zi [2016] No. 53), and other documents, in 2018, Hanting District publicly recruited 200 recruitment teachers from the public. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
Recruitment conditions and scope
(I) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China and abide by the Constitution and laws.
(II) Have good moral character and physical conditions that meet the requirements of the job.
(III) In addition to meeting the basic requirements for new recruits in public institutions, applicants should be under 40 years old (born after July 15, 1978).
(IV) Majors and other conditions that meet the requirements for recruitment positions (see Appendix 1 "2018 Hanting District Public Recruitment and Recruitment Teacher Job Summary Table").
(V) Personnel who have been subject to the following circumstances cannot apply for the job: those who have been criminally punished for crimes and have been dismissed from public office, who are found to have committed serious violations of discipline and regulations in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels and are not allowed to apply for the exam, non-fresh graduates or active-duty soldiers in full-time ordinary colleges and universities, who have worked in government agencies and institutions in Hanting District, and other circumstances that are not allowed to be hired as stipulated by law.

written test registration and qualification review
(I) Written test registration
applicants log in to "China·Handing" (http://www.hanting.gov.cn, the same below), truthfully fill in and submit relevant personal information, and upload their recent frontal digital photos (the resolution is 160 pixels (height) × 120 pixels (width), the file size does not exceed 20KB, the file type is JPG, the photos must be clear). The registration must be consistent with the ID card used during the exam. Each person is limited to one position, and applicants can modify the registration information during the qualification review period. The waiting period is 2 hours, starting from the completion of submission of registration information. The recruiting unit has passed the preliminary review and the registration information cannot be changed. Those who fail the preliminary review can apply for other positions within the registration time. The performance of the applicant during the application period will be one of the important contents of the public recruitment inspection.
(II) Qualification Review
1. Unit Preliminary Review
Recruitment unit designates a dedicated person to be responsible for the initial qualification review work. During the registration period (no rest on holidays), check the online registration status of the unit, conduct qualification review based on the information submitted by the applicant, and promptly announce the preliminary review results. Those who are qualified to register and meet the application requirements shall not refuse to register; those who fail to pass the preliminary review shall explain the reasons; those who submit materials incompletely, the missing content shall be indicated and returned to the applicant for additional supplements. If the recruiting unit fails to process the registration information within 48 hours after the expiration of the review period, it will be deemed to have been approved in the preliminary review.
2. Online payment
applicants must log in to the registration website in time after submitting the registration information online. After the review period expires and before the query deadline, they must log in to the website to check the initial review results. Those who pass the initial qualification review will log in to the registration website to pay online within the specified time. The standard for the written examination fee is 40 yuan per person. Payment time: 11:00 on August 2, 2018 to 11:00 on August 4. If the online payment procedures are not processed within the deadline, it shall be deemed to be waived. Those who successfully paid the fee will log in to the website to print the admission ticket after August 9, 2018, as well as the "2018 Hanting District Public Recruitment and Recruitment Teacher Registration Form".
(III) On-site qualification review
Applicants who enter the interview must undergo on-site qualification review. If the on-site qualification review is inconsistent with the online preliminary review results, the on-site qualification review results shall prevail. Registration form, integrity commitment letter, 2 color photos of 1 inch recent version without crown; state-recognized academic degree certificate (must be obtained before qualification review), employment registration certificate, ID card, teacher qualification certificate, and 1 copy of the above materials are submitted at the same time.If an on-the-job employee applies for a job, he or she must submit a certificate of consent or dismissal issued by the department or unit with the authority to employ (employment agreement unit) (if a regular teacher in public primary and secondary schools or kindergartens apply for a job, he or she must also submit a certificate of consent from the education authority to apply for the job). Personnel managed in the form of personnel agency must submit a letter of consent or personnel agency certificate issued by the personnel agency department. If the application conditions are not met after review, the registration qualification will be cancelled.
2018 fresh graduates can provide the corresponding teacher qualification certificate or certification certificate issued by the teacher qualification certification institution during the physical examination. If they cannot be provided, they are deemed to be abstention.
(IV) Related precautions
(1) Each applicant is limited to one major (position). Those who pass the qualification review shall not change their application major (position). When registering, you only need to fill in the major (position) and do not need to apply for the specific unit.
(2) For recruitment positions whose planned number of people hired and the number of applicants determined by the final registration does not reach the specified ratio, if 1 person is planned to be hired, the employment plan shall be cancelled in principle; if 2 or more people are planned to be hired, the employment plan shall be reduced accordingly in proportion, and the employment plan that is cancelled or reduced will be increased to a major (position) with a large number of applicants after research. Those who apply for the cancellation or reduction of employment plan may apply for other majors (positions) that meet the specified conditions within the specified time.
(3) Hanting District’s public recruitment and recruitment system teacher applicant qualification review work runs through the entire process of recruitment. If you do not meet the recruitment conditions, the examination or employment qualification will be cancelled once verified.
Exam content and methods
Exam is divided into written test and interview, each accounting for 50% of the total score. The interview scores, written test scores, and total test scores are all calculated to two digits after the decimal point, and the mantissa is rounded.
(I) Written Examination
Written Examination content is legal and regulatory knowledge and subject professional knowledge, accounting for 20% and 80% of the entire test scores, with a full score of 100 points. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the minimum passing score line is set in the written examination, which is determined by the competent public recruitment authority based on the number of job recruitment and the written examination situation.
Written Test Time: On the morning of August 14, 2018, the specific time and location will be announced separately through the "China Hanting" website. Please pay attention to it in time after registration.
(II) Interview
Interview candidates are determined in proportion from the candidates who have reached the written test pass score line, based on the recruitment position and the number of people recruited, and announced to the public in accordance with the prescribed procedures. If the recruitment plan for the same position is less than 10 people, the interview candidates shall be determined at a ratio of 1:3; if the recruitment plan is more than 10 people (including) and more, the interviewees shall be determined at a ratio of 1:2 (of which the recruitment plan is 10-13 people, the interviewees shall be uniformly determined at a ratio of 28). If several candidates have the same written test scores in the last one, they will be determined as candidates for the interview. If the number of people passing the written test is vacant, the recruitment will be cancelled; if the recruitment ratio is not met, the actual number of people passing the test will be determined. If the application conditions are not met after review, the interview qualification will be cancelled. Vacancies caused by abstention or disqualification shall be filled in order according to the written test scores. The interview format is a trial lecture, with a full score of 100, which mainly tests the applicant's educational and teaching ability and teaching skills; the content of the trial lecture is selected from the textbooks for the corresponding subject application. Before the trial lecture, candidates prepare for lessons for 30 minutes and 10 minutes. The trial lecture results are judged on the spot by the judges. After removing one highest score and the other lowest score, the average score is comprehensively calculated. The results will be announced to the applicants after the trial lecture.
In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the scores, majors (disciplines) with a large number of applicants need to use more than two groups of judges to calculate the final scores using the correction coefficient method, and only the original scores of the candidates in this interview room are announced on the spot. Correction score = candidate interview score × Correction coefficient. Method for determining the correction coefficient: The average interview scores of all candidates in this major ÷ the average interview scores of all candidates in the interview group where the candidates are in. When calculating the average score in the formula, first remove 1 highest score and then remove 1 lowest score. The specific time and location of the

Examination of physical examination
According to the recruitment position, based on the total score of the applicant's examination, from high to low scores, the candidates entering the scope of physical examination shall be determined according to the ratio of no higher than 1:1. If the total scores of applicants in the same recruitment position are tied, the candidates will be determined based on the written test scores from high to low.
inspection mainly adopts the methods of checking archives, unit appraisal, etc., focusing on ideological and political performance, moral quality, business ability and work performance, and reviewing whether the applicant meets the specified job qualification conditions, providing relevant information and whether the materials are true and accurate.
physical examination is conducted in a comprehensive hospital at or above the county level. The physical examination standards and items are implemented in accordance with the "System Examination Standards for Teacher Qualification Certification". The physical examination costs are borne by the candidates themselves. If an applicant fails to participate in the physical examination at the prescribed time and place, he shall be deemed to have automatically given up. For those who need re-examination according to regulations, they shall not be conducted in the original physical examination hospital. Re-examination can only be performed once, and the results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. If
passes the inspection and physical examination, they will be determined to be the intended hiring personnel. Those who fail the inspection or physical examination will be disqualified from hiring. If a position vacant is caused by voluntary abandonment, waived qualifications for physical examinations or failing physical examinations, the total scores of applicants in the same position will be replaced in equal order. After the examination, inspection and physical examination work is completed, the personnel to be hired will be announced to the public through the "China·Hanting" website and other channels, the time is 7 working days. If a problem is found, the intended employment qualification will be cancelled once verified. The list of candidates to be hired will not be replaced after the announcement. If the public announcement period expires and there are no problems or the problems reported do not affect the employment, the Hanting District Education Bureau will organize the selection of positions from high to low.
Weifang Dexin Labor Dispatch Company signed a labor contract with the hired teachers. Each school signed an employment contract with the Weifang Dexin Labor Dispatch Company. The term of employment for the teacher was three years (the first year of the first term of employment is the probation period). After the term of employment, if the assessment is passed, the renewal procedures can be completed. The hired teachers participate in school assessment, rewards, training, and exchanges, just like teachers in the editorial system, and participate in teacher professional title evaluation and appointment with individual indicators. Employed teachers enjoy the treatment of in-house teachers in public institutions with the same conditions and participate in enterprise employee pension insurance in accordance with the law. All the funds required shall be borne by the finance department.
Other
This recruitment work is the responsibility of the Hanting District Public Recruitment and Recruitment Teacher Leading Group. The leading group has an office under the leadership group, which is located in the Hanting District Education Bureau, which is specifically responsible for organizing and implementing it.
The results of this recruitment examination will be announced, interviewed, physical examination and other examination related information will be announced on the "China Hanting" website. During the application period, applicants should promptly understand the relevant recruitment information published on the recruitment website. The questions and marking of this public recruitment exam are entrusted to relevant examination institutions in other places. Examination textbooks and tutoring books are not designated, nor are they authorized or entrusted to hold examination tutoring training classes.
This recruitment personnel will set up some AB positions (male teacher position A and female teacher position B) according to the needs of the employer and subject characteristics. If the number of teachers who register for post A reaches the proportion of the requirements, the index of insufficient recruitment will be adjusted to post B according to the relevant proportion.
