pinwan December 16th, MediaTek held a press conference this afternoon to officially release the Dimensity 9000 flagship 5G mobile platform.

Dimensity 9000 adopts TSMC 4nm process, and the CPU adopts a new generation of Armv9 architecture, including 1 Arm Cortex-X2 super-large core with a main frequency of up to 3.05GHz, 3 Arm Cortex-A710 large core with a main frequency of up to 2.85GHz, and 4 Arm Cortex-A510 energy-efficient cores with a main frequency of up to 1.8GHz, with a built-in 14MB ultra-large capacity cache combination. Dimensity 9000 is equipped with Arm Mali-G710 flagship ten-core GPU, supports LPDDR5X memory, transfer rate up to 7500Mbps, and supports dual-channel UFS3.1 flash memory. Dimensity 9000 is equipped with the flagship 18-bit HDR-ISP image signal processor Imagiq 790. The 3 ISPs have processing speeds of up to 9 billion pixels per second, and can support up to 320 million pixels of cameras.

It is reported that the terminals of the Dimensity 9000 flagship 5G mobile platform are expected to be launched in in the first quarter of 2022. OPPO, vivo and Redmi will all launch products equipped with the Dimensity 9000 flagship chip.
