Urumqi Tianshan Grand Canyon Scenic Area, is a national 5A-level scenic area , it is a national forest park, a national sports training base, an autonomous region national fitness expansion sports base, and an autonomous region national fitness hiking sports training base. The scenic area is located in Urumqi County, 48 kilometers away from the city, with a total area of 1,038.48 square kilometers, surrounded by mountains on three sides, with an average altitude of 2,020 meters, and an annual average temperature of 4-6℃.
Tianshan Grand Canyon is between Bogda Peak and Tiangeer Peak. The mountains are towering and undulating. Several mountain streams flow through the scenic area, forming a rare alpine forest Grand Canyon.
The second lake, three waterfalls, four streams and eighteen valleys complement each other, preserving the most complete and ornamental value of the original snow-ridge spruce forest in the northern part of the Tianshan Mountains.

Zhaobi Mountain Vacation and Recreation Area
Zhaobi Mountain is the main mountain at the entrance of the Tianshan Grand Canyon Scenic Area. Due to the unique terrain, strange natural landscapes such as peaks and three sunrises after rain can appear.
The spruce jungle on the Zhaobi Mountain is tall and dense, the valley is flat and open, with green grass, gurgling streams at the bottom of the valley, and the water is cool and sweet, making it a good place for leisure and vacation.
