Because it does not contain cobalt alloy, the toughness of PM23 is also better than that of PM30 and PM60. It is a powder high-speed steel with truly strong toughness. The hardness is HRC64-66, and it is wear-resistant. It is a long-life thin plate hard material stamping die is a very good material.
8566 has HRC60-61, and its toughness is twice that of DC53. Because it is electroslag remelting forged steel, there is no carbide segregation phenomenon and has good anti-cracking performance. Yuhui Mold Steel Huang Zipeng has a boss stamped 1.4mm 65 manganese steel. The product looks like a bow font. The narrow edge and thin wall punches will be cracked. If you change to the 8566 reinforcement type, you will immediately turn it up. You don’t have to worry about cracking.
However, it is normal to use it here. The 8566 reinforced type hardness is not as high as PM23 and is not as wear-resistant. Our Zhejiang boss is also relatively rich, so he directly chose a powdered high-speed steel PM23 and went back to try it.
