Although the growth rate dropped to 6.31%, the output value reached US$69.1 billion, setting a record high again. He said that the output value continues to hit highs, mainly affected by "three trends" and "three accidents", which include the rise of demand such as advanced PCB, big data (Big-data) and automobiles (Car). The three accidents are driven by the slow decline in PC shipments, the insufficient supply of IC carrier boards, and the explosion of peripheral growth such as Apple smart watches and Bluetooth headsets.

The main reason for the growth was the improvement of subsidiaries' operations and the significant year-on-year increase in sales revenue of ICh packaged substrate business.
In 2018, Xingsen Technology's IC carrier board business achieved a sales scale of 236 million yuan and passed Samsung certification, becoming the only mainland supplier of IC carrier boards for Samsung storage. It is worth mentioning that Xingsen Technology is one of the few domestic companies that can mass-produce IC carrier boards. It focuses on the storage direction and is also the first manufacturer to make breakthroughs in international customers in the storage field.
