Harbin Aoshengyuan Trading Co., Ltd. was authorized by Australia Health Industry Co., Ltd. on January 1, 2021 to produce, sell, use and promote YPL trademarks. The authorization period is from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2026 and is transferable.
On April 13, 2022, after the original trademark holder, Australia Health Industry Co., Ltd., applied to transfer the trademark to Australia YPL Co., Ltd., there was a dispute over the authorization of third parties to use the trademark before and after the transfer, so the trademark transferor said that the products promoted in the live broadcast room were "not under the YPL brand."
