Taiwan Army's "Sixth Corps Command" stated on the morning of the 28th that when the Armored 542 Brigade was conducting training in Hukou Camp at around 17:00 on the 27th, the vehicle was shut down when turning uphill. The deputy commander and driver's hands and feet were scratched. After being sent to a local hospital for examination, the personnel were not seriously injured and had returned to camp. It is understood that the Hukou North Test Center located in Hsinchu County is an important base for the Taiwan Army’s tank brigade to conduct training.
