1. Testing time
0. October 11, 2022 (Tuesday) from 7:00 to 13:00
2. Testing scope
(I) Jinyinshan Street, Shuanghe Street , Qijiawan Street, Hanyang Street, and all employees of Hexin Village, Shuitangbao Township.
(II) Zhongzhai Village, Pingshan Town, Wenyuan Village, Zhushi Township, Guda Village and Zhongying Village, Guda Township, Tenglong Community and Laochangba Village, Zhuwai Village, Zhuming Town, and Yingzhuang Village, Dayi Township.
(III) All personnel of Biwei Expressway, Heliu Expressway, Hezhen Expressway Hezhang Domestic Service Area and Gas Station and Toll Station (Qixinghe Service Area, Ebony Service Area, Hanlian Service Area, Jiucaiping Service Area, Guji Service Area, Hezhang Toll Station, Hezhang South Toll Station, Yemachuan Toll Station, Jiucaiping Toll Station, Zhijie Toll Station, Shuitangbao Toll Station, Shuangping Toll Station, Guji Toll Station) (including purchasing service personnel); all personnel of the highway traffic police management agency and on-road duty personnel.
(IV) Seven categories of personnel in the remaining 26 townships (towns, streets). Couriers, maintenance personnel, security personnel, catering industry personnel, cleaning personnel, front-line staff, and volunteers.
(V) People with home isolation and home health monitoring.
3. Detection method

4. Information registration
(I) Improve the registration information in advance
1. Personal registration: Open the WeChat mini program "Guizhou Health Code" → click "Nucleic Acid Testing" → click "Personal Center" → improve the basic information → confirm the binding;
2. Family bundling registration: Open the WeChat mini program "Guizhou Health Code" → click "Nucleic Acid Testing" → click "Personal Center" → click "Binding of relatives and friends" → improve the basic information → confirm the binding.
(II) How to use the on-site mini program
nucleic acid screening during the queuing, please open the WeChat mini program "Guizhou Health Code" in advance → click "Nucleic Acid Test" → click "Scan the Test Tube" → scan the code to submit successfully. (Note: When there are other family members bound to the mobile phone for sampling, you need to pay attention to selecting the name of the person being sampled after scanning the code, otherwise the default will be the owner of the machine.)
5. Notes
1. Shuanghe, Hanyang , Qijiawan, Jinyinshan Street and Shuitangbao Township Hexin Village implement "door sampling without leaving home" and "one household, one management". High-risk personnel in these five regions shall implement "one person, one management" and front-line staff shall implement "one combination, one management".
2. All townships (towns, streets) should organize other villages (communities) and seven key personnel except Shuanghe, Hanyang, Qijiawan, Jinyinshan Street and Hexin Village in Shuitangbao Township in advance, wear masks throughout the process, bring your household registration book or ID card, and bring your mobile phone to the designated testing point to participate in nucleic acid sampling in an orderly manner. During the process of queuing up to sample, keep the circle margin 5 meters away, do not gather, listen to arrangements, and keep order. After the sampling is over, take personal protection and return to your residence immediately, and wait patiently for the nucleic acid sampling results.
3.Biwei Expressway , Heliu Expressway, Hezhen Expressway Hezhang domestic service area, gas station, toll station, all personnel of the expressway traffic police management agency and on-road duty personnel.The county CDC will assign medical personnel to the site (each service area, gas station and toll station) from 8:00 to 10:00 every day to "set up a station" to be responsible for nucleic acid sample collection. The personnel organization will be responsible for the Biwei Expressway Operation Center, Heliu Town Expressway Operation Center, Guizhou Provincial Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment Eighth Brigade, and Bijie Traffic Police Detachment Second Expressway Brigade.
4. During the testing period, all other business service places that continue to implement silent management will be suspended except for areas such as supply-saving supermarkets, supply-saving pharmacies and medical institutions. Main imports and exports are subject to check-in checks, and non-anti-epidemic personnel and vehicles "do not enter or exit". The command center shall not go out unless necessary before issuing a notice of lifting the blockade.

Nayong County Notice on Carrying out nucleic acid testing for key populations
In order to promptly discover and control the hidden spread risks of new coronavirus pneumonia, further consolidate the results of epidemic prevention and control in Nayong County, and effectively protect the lives and safety of the people. After research by the Nayong County Epidemic Prevention and Control Emergency Command, it was decided to conduct nucleic acid testing on key groups in the county on October 11, 2022. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Detection time
October 11, 2022 08:00 to 14:00.
2. Detection scope
Control objects and staff at the isolation point within the county, households 100 meters around the isolation point, home isolation personnel, seven types of risk professional personnel, county highway service areas (Lezhi service area, Zhaile service area, Jiudongtian service area, Huangjiatun service area) practitioners and surrounding people, and other key groups, no household or one person is missed.
3. Precautions
(I) For key personnel such as home isolation, staff will collect them on-site and implement single collection and single inspection; for those who are unable to participate in nucleic acid testing due to elderly people, ill and bedridden, etc., their families can report to the community in advance, and the staff will collect them on-site.
(II) During the process of queuing up to wait for the sampling, please keep a distance of more than 2 meters, do not gather, do not talk, or keep order. After the sampling is completed, take personal protection and return to your residence, and wait patiently for the nucleic acid test results.
(III) Please pay close attention to the nucleic acid testing notice in this area, organize all family members in advance, wear masks throughout the process, bring your household registration book or ID card, and take your mobile phone to the nearby testing point to participate in nucleic acid sampling in an orderly manner.
(IV) People with symptoms such as fever (body temperature ≥37.3℃), dry cough, fatigue, loss of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc. shall not conduct nucleic acid testing at the community sampling site. They shall actively inform the community or on-site staff and perform nucleic acid sampling according to the local arrangements.
